Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Havana

This was one of the most amazing Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. It was insanely beautiful, the pool was great, and Lexa was an angel. She coordinated transportation for us, gave us a phone for WiFi, made delicious restaurant recommendations and prepared a delicious meal for us each morning. I can not reiterate how absolutely wonderful this whole experience was! Thank you Lexa! ☺️

My second stay at Benjamin's house. Excellent as always. The house is beautiful and in a very exclusive neighborhood. The staff is lovely, helpful, and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at Janet's house with the whole family and friends. Everyone, but especially the children enjoyed the pool, and casí every day we went to the sea, until it's 2 min walk. Thank you very much to Lianet and her husband for their hospitality, they were always ready to help us.

MAIN REVIEW POINT AT THE END. This place looks and feels exactly as described and as the photo’s. It’s in great condition and truly embodies a Cuban vibe and feel. The location is very central and walkable to some of the main sites and restaurants in (old) Havana. The area is very lively - which I enjoyed - and gives you the feeling of being among the locals. But by far (!), the main characteristic of this accommodation is CESAR(!). He is the house manager and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and enjoy your stay. He is quite knowledgeable about his island, is always helpful, extremely responsive and I never once felt “alone” during my stay even though I was traveling solo. Cesar helped with restaurant recommendations, money exchange, being a guide, catching taxi’s and everything in between. He’s not only a people person but also very genuine and honest. He is the gem of La Casa Colonial and I suggest checking if he’s available when booking.

the house has a great location and also includes breakfast; as a suggestion, the only bad point (it is not negative) is in relation to the shower that comes out too little water (appears to be clogged)

This has been the best pace I’ve stayed at, ever! Yourgen is very very nice, welcoming, kind hearted, and an extremely genuine person. The apartment is centrally located! Close to everything you need, cafes, restaurants, Malecon, blvd, etc. Everything is walkable. Room is very comfortable, with AC, and the doors shut out the noises so you can rest comfortably and peacefully. Balcony so that you can get fresh air! The host met me at the airport and gave me the lay of the land about what to do and what not to do. Again, the best place I’ve ever stayed at. I can’t want to stay there again!

Really the depa was one of the best things about the trip, central, quiet, big and clean, we were very comfortable and quiet. I would definitely come back without hesitation.

All major tourist attractions are within walking distance, which made sightseeing easy and enjoyable. 2. Comfortable and Stylish The apartment was spacious and comfortable, blending a modern style with colonial charm. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the atmosphere was so relaxing that we loved spending our evenings there. 3. Amazing Host Fernando was an excellent host! He was very helpful, always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Despite our late check-in, he welcomed us warmly and took the time to share valuable recommendations and tips. Thanks to his guidance, our stay in Havana was unforgettable. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Havana!

It is very close to the hotel plaza and the capitol. It is very good for what it costs and they provide you with an internet sim which is very helpful in Cuba. Karen who greeted me is a very friendly, warmhearted person with good energy and was always very helpful kind and responsive. Lastly the apartment is decorated from the owners own art and it gives the apartment a beautiful aesthetic.

Jorge simpre respectful and all his recommendations as a local were very useful and above all reliable since he always speaks to the truth and was always looking for the best option in local food, tours, taxis, mobility in general I look forward to helping you at all times. we will definitely return to Jorge's house which was like our house throughout our stay in Havana.

Wonderful place and support!

On our second trip to Cuba, we decided to stay in old Havana again. We picked this place because of the optional breakfast. I have to say that we initially planned for only one day of breakfast. But after Maxima cooked for us…..it was so delicious and the presentation of the food was first class, that we decided to extend our morning meals for the rest of stay. We also had great conversations with Maxima. Karel was able to facilitate our trip to the airport and made sure we were there on time. I’m definitely hoping to find availability on my next trip to old Havana. Thank you Karel and Maxima.

The service is warm and attentive, the room is also very warm, and it is very close to all the attractions in the old town.

I booked this place for a solo traveler and it was the perfect base to explore the city. The apartment is beautifully designed and stocked with the basics. Close to many restaurants, clubs and Old Havana. Definitely recommend.

Idania and Lorenzo are irreplaceable. This was my first visit to Cuba and from the start, their support was outstanding. I am so thankful I had them as an introduction to Cuba. They made such a difference. The apartment is as described. The apartment is a little older than in the pictures but still very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for a stay in La Habana Vieja. You are close to everything. There is no wifi in the apartment, however Idania and Lorenzo will help you with a SIM card.
