Vacation rentals with breakfast in Havana

Margarita's house is one of the most beautiful homes I've stayed in. The pictures don't actually do it justice. The back yard is very large and lush, full of fruit trees and song birds. The pool was a great place to spend the afternoon. The home has everything you might need. Margarita was very quick to answer any questions that we had. Niurka and Nieve, the sisters who cook breakfast and clean up, are so wonderful. We are gluten free and our daughter is also vegetarian. They provided great breakfasts full of fruit, cheese and eggs any way you want them. They could not, obviously, provide gluten free bread. However, we brought our own pancake mix and they became experts very quickly. We also asked them to prepare us some meals, which were delicious. The cost is similar to what you'd pay in a restaurant, but we had so much that we had leftovers for the next evening (and then some). A great chance to have some tasty Cuban cuisine. The house is in a small neighbourhood right across from the fortifications. If you want to get over to the other side of the harbour, you'll need a taxi (about 10 cuc). It's very peaceful. I really can't say enough about this place!

We arrived one day after Hurricane Rafael so difficult cercumstances for the staff but Estefan, Yanet, and Magdalena did a wonderful lob of making us as comfortable as possible under those conditions. Breakfasts were wonderful. Generator helped too!I highly recommend this beautiful place and would happily stay again!!

Although this is booked through Jose, the home is owned by Rafael and Ivis. They are very kind and personable. They arranged for transportation to and from the airport in authorized taxis. They were awaiting our arrival and were very welcoming as soon as we got there. As our first trip to Cuba, we were somewhat in shock by our new surroundings, but as soon as we walked into the home we were relieved to see how modern it was. They keep the fridge full of drinks (water, soda, cerveza) for a small fee per choice. Amenities they include are towels, bedding, toilet paper, and air conditioning. Not all rentals in Cuba offer these. They can also arrange for breakfast each day which the neighbor, Janet, cooks in her home. She is also very friendly and welcoming. There is a housekeeper that comes each day to change the sheets (after 2-3 days) and towels (daily) and to also clean the kitchen and straighten up the place. She was not intrusive on our time - we only saw her a couple times as we were leaving for the day. The house is in central Old Habana. You are surrounded by the locals. Be prepared to hear the local vendors walking up and down the streets selling their goods (bread, sweets, tamales, empanadas, etc.) from 7:00 am - 11:30 pm. It is in walking distance to Central Parque where you can find local restaurants and bars. It is also not too far from Calle Obispo where you will find souvenir shops, restaurants, bars, and national cafeteria. However, to get to the beach, the Fort, Vedado or anywhere else outside Old Habana you will need a taxi or driver, which they can help arrange.If you're looking for a day excursion, we recommend spending the day at Playa Santa Maria. It is about 30 minutes away by car. We enjoyed our time in Cuba and it was great meeting Rafael and Ivis. We highly recommend staying at their home.

Just wanna tell you that me and my few friends went for 2 days and we had the best experience from the host and property amenities. Patricia was great help and always responsive when we needed anything as it was new experience for us . Best thing was cafe which was beside the property for fresh food and drinks. I will definitely recommend to use the service and enjoy the experience.

Selected this location for its proximity to Fábrica de Arte Cubano but even though the FAC was closed for remodeling we were happy to have found it. Guest area is on the second floor of a big home on the corner of the intersection of two streets with a veranda elevated above the street corner. There were lots of plants and creature comforts at this unit and the housekeeper Belkis was awesome! Though this review rates the property at five stars it's rating is intended to be relative to other properties in the area. So, even though there was some street noise in the rooms at night (nice touch providing the ear plugs) and the common area wasn't air conditioned it was still much nicer than surrounding properties. Thanks for such a nice stay and thanks again for Belkis- she's charming, thorough and attentive!

Ana’s apartment is absolutely lovely. Great location for easy access to all of Havanas amazing sites, restaurants and life! Ana, Mildred and co were so helpful and always on hand to offer advice and information about Havana and Cuba as a whole. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone who wants to come to Havana to come and stay with Ana. Thank you !

2 days in a very pleasant setting, a relaxation bubble with the family facing the sea, feet in the water 🤩 The house is spacious and bright, it feels good. A great welcome with little extra things that are appreciated: beach towels, clothes washing, a well equipped kitchen and a very good homemade cake 😋

I have been to Dianas apartment several times and it always a pleasure. Diana is a perfect host and her apartment one the best in Havana. Everything is not quite up to the most modern standard but it works. Especially are the big terraces great for drinking coffee or having a meal. Highly recommended.

Although we only stayed only one night before our flight back to the States, Maylu’s casa was delightful. Centrally located right on Plaza Vieja, it was right in the middle of everything.. There was wonderful live music below us at the restaurant outside our balcony. The music ended early enough that it did not disturb our night’s sleep in any way. The casa was in a beautiful old Spanish colonial building on the second floor overlooking the plaza with two balconies. The rooms were very spacious with very thoughtful furniture and decor. The manager, Lusito, greeted us warmly on our arrival down in the plaza and showed us up to the room and everything we needed. He secured a taxi for the next morning at 7 AM and meet us at the casa to get us to the taxi. The only note is that the Casa does not have Wi-Fi directly, but it’s easy to go to the restaurant bar upstairs where they have free Internet. We would not have hesitated staying there longer if we had more time. Highly Recommend.

Very good place. Too bad we were hit by a hurricane but, well, things typical of nature. Highly recommended.

This has been the best pace I’ve stayed at, ever! Yourgen is very very nice, welcoming, kind hearted, and an extremely genuine person. The apartment is centrally located! Close to everything you need, cafes, restaurants, Malecon, blvd, etc. Everything is walkable. Room is very comfortable, with AC, and the doors shut out the noises so you can rest comfortably and peacefully. Balcony so that you can get fresh air! The host met me at the airport and gave me the lay of the land about what to do and what not to do. Again, the best place I’ve ever stayed at. I can’t want to stay there again!

The area is excellent, if you can have access to a bike, the walk along 5th Avenue is highly recommended. You have all the malecon to tour it and very close to there is the Fabrica de Arte, contemporary expression of Cuban art, music, painting, photography, etc. Estrella is in charge of managing the accommodation and thanks to her name, she is also a theater actress and the recommendations of the theatrical activity are those of a person in the guild. Enjoy staging at the Trianon Theatre and Revueltas Theatre in Linea a lot. Highly recommend and I definitely plan to be back. Flexibility at check-in and check-out, good refreshments and first-class personalized attention; I enter the whim of going to the beach with my own umbrella and Estrella got it; in a Havana where it is very difficult to get a lot of things, if not too far in advance. My experience was very good and I'm coming back to this place.

Mabel and Walter are Amazing humans! They were so very kind. All I can say is that I knew Cuba has a poverty issue- but didn't realize what truly poor conditions the people and city were in. It broke my heart, but the people are so kind, and underneath the rubble- there is some beauty.

The guest host was incredible. She was friendly and willing to help answer any question I had. I felt right at home.

I loved everything about staying at Arianna’s place. Her mother, Janet, was kind, attentive, and willing to help with everything: setting up a ride from the airport, securing a SIM card, and, especially, calling taxis and negotiating the price before I got in (cannot stress how important this is!). I can’t wait to bring my husband and son to Havana, we are going to stay here. Until then, I plan to be their best advertisement! ❤️🇨🇺❤️

The apartment of Ariadna is very well located in a very safe and clean area of Old Havana. Elegant and up scale. Very clean place, newly renovated. Safe area. Next to the 5 star Packard Hotel. One of the few buildings with elevators in the area. Communication was perfect. Host is very gracious and hospitable.

Yenier, Gretel, and Gladys were amazing! We will 1000% stay with them again and again. The house was perfect. The rooftop area was so nice for the dinners we had. The chef was awesome and so was the food. The level of hospitality was immeasurable and we were made to feel comfortable throughout our stay. The daily breakfasts were great each day and the suggestions and help provided was so appreciated by our group. We actually feel like Gretel, Gladys and Emilio are family and look forward to seeing them again soon. I wish I could give 10 Stars!

Staying at Tiziano's is like staying at home. Tiziano is a great host, friendly and always available. It gave us a lot of information about the neighborhood and Havana. We had the opportunity to spend time with him around Havana and we got to experience the city like a local. The stay was wonderful, mega house cozy, tidy and clean.

Beautiful apartment with big windows and balconies on two sides, a nice comfortable bed and a renovated bathroom. Very central so bit noisy at night but we had no problem with sleep. Host were very helpful and accommodating and let us check out late which was very nice!

The place is lovely, a calm private place to retreat to in the centre of Havana old town. Jose was an amazing host, he sorted a taxi and the taxi waited despite our luggage that wasn’t lost taking a long time to come out. He also helped us try to resolve the issue with our lost bag, contacting the airport and arranging everything for us to collect it. Thank you so much you helped us so much!

Barbara’s place was amazing and beautiful. It’s in Miramar’s very elite and private La Habana neighborhood near several foreign Embassies…. Lovely house , clean, very accommodating and pleasant staff (Jacqueline, Laura, and Mariano); and well built for the elite guests who love peace of mind, privacy, quiet, and 5 star service to say the least; I will very likely stay there again in the near future, and I highly recommend to anyone who loves to be spoiled. Great experience altogether.
