Very nice apartment for long or short stay. They clean every three days for longer stays. Excellent location with elevator and Jandry is very responsive.

i have to accept that Gissy was quite surprised, I had a mishap in her home (out of the hands of herself) that originally rents and she as a very good host I manage to accommodate in another home that I choose myself. Gissy and her husband are very attentive they gave us many tips to spend the best days in Havana. I would definitely stay at one of his properties again.

I would like to thank Jesus for an amazing residential experience. The apartment is in a central area, there is a store opposite and a bar nearby. The apartment has everything you need and Jesus and his wife are always happy to answer questions and help if needed. The apartment is clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. There is a washing machine, iron, internet. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Highly recomended

The apartment is great, comfortable bed, great A/C. Mayuli is a fantastic host. The only thing I would say someone needs to be aware of is that water in Cuba is unpredictable (something I did not know). I was unaware that the apartment ran off of a container and we ran out of water on the 3rd day of a 6 day stay. Thankfully Mayuli had an adjacent apartment we could use the bathroom. It was a great stay and Mayuli was super helpful.

The host was very kind letting us do the checking a few hours before the set time. A huge Thank you Jorge for that! We were in Cuba and because of that I understood some of the windows and the bedding conditions. Hopefully some situations improves really soon so the stay can be in a pristine condition.

We had a complicated arrival situation and both Dagmar and her mother were incredibly helpful, we are so grateful for their special attention to make sure all went well. The apartment is spacious and the location can't be beat. be ready to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the door, but it's worth it. Very private space as well.

The check-in was very easy with a warm welcome. The accommodation is very comfortable and perfectly clean. We had access to the kitchen which is very well equipped. In front of the house there is a small supermarket and a bakery, on two streets there are fruits and vegetables. Very nice and helpful hosts. The area is very peaceful and clean. It was a very pleasant and quiet stay.

Yamille was wonderful! truely made us feel at home and welcomed. treated us like family and made us feel safe. the location is a short walk to the beach and the views from tge rooms and roof terrace are lovely! a nice garden full of plants to sit in as well. we had excellent internet connection as well which hadnt been the case in other places.

I had a wonderful stay at Irene's place! Irene and her husband were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I booked. The house is in a peaceful, quiet area of Havana, perfect for a relaxing getaway yet still close to local attractions. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

Manuel is very kind and extremely helpful person. You have to be aware where you are travelling to and considering that you have an idea how Cuba is, Manuel’s accomodation, his tips and local knowledge are fabulous. Recommended.

Idenia’s place was wonderful. It was a great place for my family and I to stay and spend time together. Every bedroom had air conditioning which a major plus especially during the summer months. Patricia, her maid, was friendly, responsive, and always willing to lend a helping hand. If we needed anything, we were able to contact her and she helped us (Thank you Idenia and Patricia). The apartment is close to shops, restaurants, and the Malecon. I really loved the location and outside of the construction noise (which I was notified about beforehand) it was great. The noise was only during the workday and week. I loved that the apartment was secure and had elevators especially with a baby and a stroller. If you are wondering where to stay in Havana, Idenia’s place is a wonderful place to rent. I hope when I visit again, it will be available so we can come back. Thank you!!!

It sounds like you had a wonderful time! A convenient location can make a trip so much more relaxing, being able to easily access transportation and food. A 5-minute walk to the beach sounds absolutely ideal. It's lovely to hear you had such a positive experience with the owner as well; you can ask him anything openly. The owner helped us with an early check-in and booked a cab for us when we were leaving the house.
