Monthly Rentals in Havana

The apartment was spacious, clean and in a central location to walk through Havana. Its high ceilings gave it a very open feel, while the many balconies allowed you great street viewing. It was a very pleasurable stay, Isis and Albio, the couple looking after the place were incredibly helpful and welcoming during my stay. I'd absolutely stay here again the next time I'm in the country.

We had an incredible stay at Maria's place and her husband. Their apartment is on the top floor and has a large terrace around, filled with lots of green plants, giving us a great view and a perfect place to relax. The rooms were large and spacious, with plenty of space to feel comfortable. The location in the middle of Old Havana was ideal for exploring the city. Maria and her husband gave us very good help with everything we needed which made our stay even better. We can highly recommend Maria and her husband to anyone who wants a comfortable and practical accommodation in Havana.

Highly recommend this place! It’s clean, well-equipped, and at a good location where the sea is just steps away. My host Félix is fantastic, he is always helpful and provides some very useful information. Would definitely book again!

Julio is an exceptionally attentive host, starting before my arrival as we discussed Canada's travel advisory for Cuba regarding personal safety and shortages of basic things like food and medicines. None of these were a problem, as Julio assured me they wouldn’t be, and as a woman traveling alone, I never felt unsafe. Even the infamous power outages, whether scheduled or not, were easily navigated with Julio’s help. He was readily available for any questions or concerns and ensured my stay was a great experience. The apartment is very clean and bright, with everything guests need, from kitchenware and air conditioning to (somewhat slow but vital) internet access. A variety of restaurants and small tiendas make the location super convenient, and the weekend market is just across the street at John Lennon Park. The area can come with some noise at night, but earplugs are a quick fix. The apartment offers a private retreat with a vibrant community right outside the door.
