Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Hassocks

Beautiful penthouse apartment in the heart of The Pantiles. We managed to bag a parking spot on a street just a five-minute walk away. Check-in was straightforward and the apartment itself was spotless – loved the decor and the Nespresso machine was a nice touch too. The only drawback was that we couldn’t stay for longer! We just needed a base for NYE so didn’t get to spend much time in the apartment unfortunately, but we’ll definitely be back! Roger and Katie were very communicative too and were kind enough to grant us a late checkout on New Year’s Day, which was very much appreciated 😅

We had a wonderful stay in Brighton and Caroline was a great host. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the flat was warm, comfortable and very clean.

This was my second time staying at Caroline’s place, and it was just as great as I remembered. The location is super convenient, very close to the beach, and the flat is quiet and cozy. It has all the facilities you could need, flat stays perfectly warm and comfortable. Caroline is such a lovely and helpful host, making the whole experience even better. I really enjoyed my holiday here and glad I chose this place again!

We stayed for 3 nights over Christmas. The flat was beautiful and plenty of space. It had everything we needed and more and felt like a home from home. We were supported to check in early Xmas Eve so we could decorate a little. We couldn’t start the oven Xmas day, only because we didn’t turn the timer at the same time. Jane was very responsive and even came over to support us with this in person! We live in Hove but needed a larger space to accommodate at Xmas. The flat was lovely and warm and we didn’t hear anyone else at all! It’s in a fantastic location and close to everything. Thank you for a lovely stay :) I would strongly recommend Jane’s place!

One of the best places to stay! Felt so at home ! Relaxed and comfortable! Close enough to walk to everything but out the way enough to still be extremely peaceful! Would highly recommend!

Abi’s place is amazing for a getaway in Brighton!! A 2 minute walk from the sea front and about a 20 minute walk from the laines with dozens and dozens of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Abi’s place is clean and beautifully decorated with an in depth welcome pack that covers absolutely everything you need to know for your stay. Would 100% stay again, thank you Abi for an amazing birthday!!!

Have stayed at Tunbridge a lot and it never fails to deliver. Dom is a great host and is always on hand for any last minute requests. Rooms were tastefully decorated. Very peaceful and welcoming. A real treat.

We had a lovely stay, we were a group of old friends and needed a place we could sit comfortably and chat and catch up. The house was a very social space and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms had great showers and plenty of hot water. Lovely hot tub too! Friendly helpful hosts and couldn’t find a thing to complain about. I would recommend without any hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay at the barn this November. Michelle was a great communicator for any questions I had which made the whole process effortless. The owners are lovely and the barn exactly as described. Hoping to return in the Summer to be able to take advantage of the pool.

Location, location, location! The house was perfect for our stay. Absolutely wonderful location for exploring Brighton and yet quiet and incredibly peaceful. Parking is included which was a must for us and the house provided everything we needed for our stay. Michelle was incredibly responsive to messages and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ☺️

A beautiful place to stay in a great location away from the hustle bustle but within easy reach of everywhere you might want to visit in Brighton. The apartment was stylishly kitted out and we had everything we needed. Jaclyn was most helpful with additional questions and parking going above and beyond. We will definitely return.

Tammy and Darren have decorated the place really nicely. They gave the clearest instructions for getting in and using equipment, controlling heating etc. The location is convenient for West Worthing Station; the downside is you can hear the trains but they are infrequent and not too noisy. We felt at home and would stay again!

The location was great and the wine was a really nice touch. Place was clean and the host was kind and responsive.

Stephen & James are perfect hosts. Communication 1st rate. The apartment was fabulous and view totally awesome. Though the weather was cold and damp at the time of our stay, the apartment was always a comfortable temperature. The location could not be better. I'd defiantly recommend this Penthouse Penthouse apartment and will happily book again when returning to Brighton.

Perfect location for both the beach and shopping/visiting/eating out in Worthing (all walkable). We arrived by car and Triin took care of our parking needs, which was much appreciated. The flat also has everything you need for a relaxing night in, if that’s what you need after a long day of tourism or spending time with your family.

Very nice spacious modern apartment. Very clean and tidy, it sits in a quiet close and is a perfect base for exploring Seven Sisters and surroundings.

Katharine's apartment was fantastic. It was very comfortable and homely and had everything you could possibly want for a few days away. The views were wonderful from the lounge window especially as the sun set. Also a great place to sit in the morning or any time of day to people watch and to take in the very cosmopolitan Brighton sea front and all that it has to offer. We didn't meet Katharine but the communication we had with her was great and she couldn't have been more helpful. Katharine also text me on the morning of the day we were due to arrive to say the apartment was ready and we could check in earlier if we wanted to. How lovely was that! We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Katharine's apartment to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It is exactly as advertised and the bathrooms are particularly oustanding. It is a wonderful and peaceful retreat. The sea is only a few mins away, with some lovely coffee places en route. Shops and ameneties are close by, so that anything you need is within reach. Perfect location and very responsive and friendly hosts. Highly recommend. Thanks a million.
