My 3rd stay here. Nice accommodations. Very nice space, with friendly hosts. Exceptionally clean. Drinks and snacks were provided, which was thoughtful. On a beautiful part of Lake Hartwell. Bring your pole! Close to Hartwell and Lavonia.

A wonderful get away spot. Loved the dock and hostess was friendly and good communication. We would definitely stay again and recommend.

We planned a last minute trip to Lake Hartwell and we were so lucky to have found Annie’s place. We enjoyed the earlier than normal check in time, the later than normal check out time, plus the fact that we could bring our dog on our trip. The house was immaculately stocked - it has absolutely everything we could possibly have needed. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and will definitely plan to be back in the future if we come back to Lake Hartwell.
