Can't rave about this place enough: the town, people, owners and even the dog were so welcoming and hospitable. Idyllic scenery and absolute peace and quiet were such a welcome break from the hustle of London and the run up to Christmas. The owners welcome package was a lovely extra. Oh my gosh! I almost forgot: you know when you go somewhere and wonder where all the fabulous decor comes from? Well never fear, Julie's information folder tells you where to purchase said items. Awesome. Met the sheep and even got a sneak peek at the rooster in the morning. Warm, comfortable and private, the lodge is wonderful. Thank you so much for having us. Would strongly recommend for both a solo trip or romantic couples break.

Lovely cozy cottage. Lots of little extras which make such a difference

Absolutely wonderful place, perfect for a lovely relaxing quiet time with a great hot tub. Loved it so much we stayed another day. Trevor was a perfect host. I would totally recommend to all my friends xx. Definitely come again

This is unique and cosy cottage with loads of character, that is genuinely dog friendly. It’s a very pretty village too with some good walks and local pubs with good food. Andy lives next door and so very helpful and welcoming. All good.

We stayed here whilst visiting our daughter who is working in Newmarket, so it was out the way but still within the commute time. The "little house" is absolutely gorgeous, it feels like home from home and has absolutely everything needed for a long stay. Our hosts where very welcoming and Friendly and only a few steps away if needed. We will definitely be back for future visits. Highly recommend.

Our first visit to Cambridgeshire Lakes but unlikely to be our last. We came to have some peace and get away from our busy lives. We couldn’t have found a better place to do this and the hosts were fantastic. Highly recommend staying here, I’m sure we will be back.

Great stay. Private, quiet, well appointed and convenient to Cambridge area. Ideally suited all my requirements. I would not hesitate to return. Was so good I elected to add on two extra days which was no trouble to arrange. Thanks Jeanette, really happy to have been able to stay.

That was the 3rd time that we stayed at Jenny’s lovely, cozy annexe. Once again, everything was perfect. Jenny is very responsive and looking after the place and her guests like it was the first time. Can’t wait for the next one! Definitely recommend it.

Gorgeous home and grounds with so much to do! Donna was so accommodating and helpful! Would definitely recommend to stay!
