I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly gracious, and the staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The place looked exactly as described, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend staying here!

My multi-generational family, from to 2 to 70, enjoyed our stay very much. The place was modern, clean, and comfortable. The host was very responsive and helpful with our luggage during check-in, transport ideas and a quick fix of the Wi-Fi. The location can’t be beat - charming, vibrant and everything within reach!

We stayed at Phuong's place for two nights. She is friendly and always responsive before, during and even after the stay. Always care about her guests. The apartment is situated in an old building. Near to the local markets and restaurants. The whole apartment had been renovated. The rooms are clean, the apartment is equipped with the shampoo and hair dryer. Don't forget to take a nice photo in the apartment. There is a instagr-able corner-the bath tub. Thanks to Phuong, I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed and really started to feel like home. The kitchen was nice, tv to watch, and a huge bed and room space. The only down side is that the hot water didn’t last very long. Other than that it was amazing!!!

是值得入住，距離火車街和大教堂十分鐘步程，圖片和真實環境是合附的，樓下附近有幾家咖啡館果汁店和小吃館，換外幣的店也在附近兩個街口，步行十分鐘左右有家OK便利店，老城區的酒吧街也可步行十五分鐘到達。感謝當天可以提早了些進入旅館，白天進入是經過一家果汁店進去，再坐電梯上去的，五樓出電梯左邊是兩間臥室，一間帶浴室的，電梯右邊也有間浴室，六樓出電梯右邊是一間臥室，左邊是帶厨房的小客廳，客廳走出去是半露天的活動空間，五和六樓上落可以走樓梯或坐電梯，旅店主人回覆詢問得非常快，有耐性。整體上旅店值90分以上的。

I was lucky to stay here as my first time in Hanoi. This place is charming, its wooden, with nice lightning and spacious. It gives a very comfortable and grounded feeling. I also felt safe, knowing there is always security and having the cleaner renew water/towels was nice too. Location is the best, close to the centre but hidden in this half island 10 minutes away by walk. It has a beautiful lake and nice cafes for peaceful moment (before starting your chaotic touristy day). Pho - right in front of the building till 2 pm, i was having it almost everyday as it was one of the best I've tried (locals mostly). I would definitely come back and stay here! thanks :)

The room was cozy and rustic, but most of all, clean. Located in a bustling neighborhood near a market full of colors, this room makes the traveler feels like they are a part of the vietnamese tapestry. The owner is more than eager to help with any queries you might have. Would totally recommend!

Nice apartment in a great location. Close to lots of great restaurants and cafes. Very walkable to train street and Old Quarter. Apartment was clean and as pictured in the photos. Loved that there was a refrigerator and washing machine in the unit. The apartment is perfect for solo travelers. Would highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the view, the sauna, and the apartment. The air conditioning system worked wonderfully, and the gym was nice as well. I was missing some instructions on how to turn on the warm water, where to get the card, and more towels, as I was going to the sauna every day. By the way, the sauna’s Bluetooth device might be collecting more information from your phone than is allowed. Without connecting to anything other than the sauna, I got some red flags. Everything else was amazing! Thank you!

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich top! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen und die Gastgeber waren sehr angenehm im Umgang. Der einzige Punkt, der nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprach, war der geschlossene Pool. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein toller Aufenthalt und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Yet another lovely stay at Thanh s apartment. It fulfils everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Location is close enough to walk to most of the popular spots but also in a quiet location at night . Hotel standard with lovely helpful reception staff without the costly price tag. The team managing this accommodation is very professional, courteous and responsive. They also provided assistance in booking taxis for pickup and dropoffs and other domestic travel, and dealt with my requests patiently. The accommodation itself is clean and tidy and located at a quiet place, yet close to the city. We could arrange cleaning promptly when required. There is also space to park rented two-wheelers, which was safe and convenient. The kitchenette, microwave etc are helpful, which you would not get if you stay in a hotel. The availability of lift is a bonus in case the guests are not able to take stairs, which was super-convenient for the elderly guests in my group. Very few other places have this faciilty. On-site washer and dryer make it convenient to wash and dry clothes in a short duration, means you can pack light yet have access to clean clothes everyday. Overall this accommodation is a great place to live like a local!

This apartment is outstanding, and the host is what Air BNB is all about. It was perfect. Very clean, great location, safe, family oriented, lots a walking areas, two pools, excellent gym. Its about one hour from the airport, but its totally worth it. If you want a peaceful apartment to go home to after walking the night markets, this is it. At night the whole place and buildings are lit up with LED lights, its spectacular. They turn off at 2100hrs. The host, once again is the best i have ever dealt with. Very accommodating, prompt and pleasant to deal with. highly recommend.

We had a beautiful weekend here. The trees are beautiful and the little cabin was so peaceful and quite at night. The window from the bed is level with the forest floor and makes you feel very connected with nature. The BBQ dinner was great! It was cooked outside our little cabin. The fishing pond was a cute addition to our day too!

Die Kommunikation war einfach super! Immer schnell und freundlich geantwortet und ich musste nie lange auf Rückmeldung warten. Hätte nicht besser sein können. :) Auch die private Fahrt vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft war top und alles verlief super einfach.
