Recommended if you're planning a group trip in Hanoi. Our group was very satisfied, and the host communicated actively. Her guidance was clear, and her answers were quick. I made good memories at this place. Say hello to the dog next door in the alleyway. ^^

The host is incredibly nice and supportive, the location is great and the house is very nice and spacious! You should be aware that there is a restaurant on the top floor of the house used by other guests though and other smaller houses next to it, so it's not as private as it looks in the photos.

This place is absolutely beautiful. In addition, Joy and the staff there were so friendly and kind to us through out the whole time. They prepared bbq dinner, and lunch, and helped us the whole time we were there. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I had a fantastic stay at this villa in Hanoi! The space was incredibly clean and spacious, with everything thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable visit. The hot water worked perfectly, and it was such a nice touch to have clean towels and bottled water provided. The location is truly unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in the city. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!
