Vacation rentals with a patio in Hanioti Beach

Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sunrise Studio. The balcony has a gorgeous view over the bay and it is super convenient to walk to the city. The apartment is small, but has everything that you need. Dimitri was an amazing host and very friendly. We would definitely recommend the Apartment!

Great place, extremely beautiful yard, kids really loved playing there. The host is very hospitable, kind and communicative. The only downside (or upside for some) was the strict quiet hours after 11pm if you are planning to use the outside BBQ and the complaining neighbours.

We had a very pleasant stay. Revekka had everything prepared for us, she was very kind. The rooms were as in the photos and the bachyard was very nice. It's a bit far from the beaches but it's fine with a car. There is a supermarket near the house.

Lovely, beautiful, sparkling clean, comfortable, spacious place, which we loved. Generous owner, which gave us the chance to try some products from the region. It's a great place, lovely people and we would love to be there again. Thank you for the lovely stay !

The feedback will be absolutely positive! When booking, we chose between 6 different options, but this one hooked us with its location, convenience and hosts, well, just everything! Parking right under the window, 2 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the main street with restaurants. The apartment itself is very comfortable for two people. My husband and I’s advice for those who like to lie down and not give anything away is to take a laptop with you, since Greek television is suitable for those who know the language :) I would like to say a huge thank you to our Hosts, they have been very hospitable and chatty ✨

To be honest, it was my first time using the services of Airbnb, so naturally I was pretty worried about how the whole trip would go. However, when I tell you that I lucked out big time and this is the BEST place you can stay in Neos Marmaras, I won’t be lying - the host is friendly and responsive, the apartment is spacious with not one, not two, but THREE bedrooms, and the sea is on a 10-15 minutes walk! It’s also quiet at night, and if you hate the hot weather there are TWO air conditioners inside two of the bedrooms! There are pharmacies, doctors, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you wouldn’t have to use a car every time you go out! You can also take a boat trip nearby, rent kayaks, and just have the time of your life! One of the hosts, Maria, even baked us a cake during our stay - she’s just the sweetest soul and always available to help you out! If I decide to go back to Neos Marmaras, you best believe I will rent this apartment once again

We had a great time at Christos’s place! He was very helpful throughout our whole stay - from providing thoughtful instructions to how to find the place to sending his brother to check on us when we couldn’t properly close the awnings at the balcony 😅 His house is 1min walk from the beach and we couldn’t dream of better location. If we could, we would have spent the whole summer there. Thanks again, Christos!

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was beautifully located in a quiet pebbly beach. The neighborhood was quiet, even in mid-June. It was really fun to cook outside on the terrace, and there were lots of pleasant areas to lounge. A few kitchen amenities would be helpful if you are going to cook at the villa- dish soap, sponge, paper towels.

We absolutely loved our time in the villa - everything was exactly as described, the villa is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for families or mixed groups. We were a group of 3 young couples in our 20’s and the pool was a blast. The host was beyond helpful, we asked for maaaaaaany details and pieces of info and reccommendations and Konstantinos always responded within minutes, which was very helpful. The villa is fully equipped but of course, if you need anything else (for example we drank a lot of coffee and of course needed more), there is a large supermarket within a few minutes drive away from the villa.

Very beautiful house in a stupendous environment for those seeking calm and privacy. Many amenities provided. Super friendly host. Will come back for sure!

It was a nice place to relax and have peace. You have your own beach in front of the house and it was amazing. Very clear and the colour its magnificent. House was very very clean. The kitchen is full equipped; even the coffee and spices. Rooms were a little bit small but its okey for a summer house. The garden was amazing! The big olive tree we love it. You can say good morning to sea and the night full of stars. Hosts were very very kind. They solve our problems very friendly and we got help from them anytime we wrote. We didnt want it ends but hope to go again! İ really recommend the place from the heart

We had an exceptional week at Thanos' house. The property accurately reflects the descriptions and photos provided. The kitchen and the entire house are exceptionally well-equipped, with thoughtful touches such as sun umbrellas, chairs, and a cooler that greatly enhanced our experience. The location is superb, within walking distance to the city center, restaurants, and beaches. Communication with the host was seamless and pleasant. We extend our heartfelt thanks for a truly wonderful stay.

Our stay was perfect in the top roof apartment! Marios is very responsive! Firstly, I asked questions about the stay, every information was sent in a minute!!! Also we arrived sooner, he welcomed us very quickly! There is parking, the apartment was very clean! Also equipped with everything what you need! Marios recommended us a lot of beaches, bars and restaurants in Afytos and other villages! The place is peaceful and at the same time on less than 5 minutes walk from the center and the taverns!

Mrs. Maria is just wonderful, she answers no matter what you ask her, informative, in instructions etc, she served me in many issues such as check-in checkout, she is a great host, people like that are rare!!The house is very nice it gives warmth like your home,with all the necessities, we were very satisfied. the house is close to everything,sea,center, mini market from below supermarket further there,everything is around you.It is worth to come, however we will come again!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—just 50 meters from the sea in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment itself is spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms, two lovely terraces, and a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen. It easily accommodates up to six people. Everything you could possibly need for everyday life is provided—plenty of dishes, cooking essentials, spices, and even air conditioning in every room. There’s also a washing machine, making it feel like a true home away from home. Dimitris's hospitality was exceptional. He stocked the fridge with water, juice, wine, and even surprised us with a bottle of homemade ouzo as a gift! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We - a family with 2 children - spent the last week of October there. The apartment is clean and there is everything you need. It is located on the top 2nd floor with a bit of sea views. Morning sun. The area is full of apartment buildings, there is certainly a lot going on in the summer. The house is in the second row and you are immediately on the beach. It was more like a ghost town with us, as the shops, restaurants and bars were already closed. For that we almost had the beach to ourselves. The landlords were very kind and helpful. Always on hand if you had any questions or needed anything!

We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!

Beautiful place and a lovely host! Kristina embraced us with her kindness and consistent helpfulness in terms of activies, restaurants and so on. Very enjoyable and uncomplicated stay in a modern house which we can fully recommend. Early check-in was also afforded what we really appreciate. Any time again!

In addition to being super clean, Marina's place is truly equipped with everything you need, even the diffuser to dry your hair with the hairdryer. Dafina also made us find the replacement of towels in the closet, the double pillow, a softer one, and a harder one, for each guest. The apartment is located in the upper area of the town of Kassandreia and from the large terrace you can enjoy a 360-degree view. Priceless! There is also the fenced garden, so our dog could run freely. The location of the house allows you to easily and quickly reach both the west and east coast of Kassandra in addition to the internal hillside area. We loved living outside the big tourist agglomerations. Dafina doesn't speak English, but her son Claudio is a fantastic translator, great at welcoming guests and always smiling like mom.
