It was our first time family holidays - 10 people. The house and the close beach were just what we were searching for! Amazing! No need to pack for the whole day to go on the beach. With the baby and small kids (2 to 5 yo) it was a real treat - you go to the beach just in swim suit, you swim, you go back. Georgia is very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Definitely a place to go on family vacation. Calm place. Blue Flag Beach. Friendly Lifeguard. Just great! thank you!

In one word, PERFECTION. Even nicer and better than we expected. Location is TOP. Plenty of shade during the day. Getting into the water is just great, water divine. In the evening on the beautiful terrace, you hear nothing but the rustling of the waves literally falling into the house and you also hear the pebbles exchanging their cities with each other. Peace, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle and still close to grocery stores, taverns and establishments. Locals super friendly. One word PARADISE in short. We couldn't see the view from the terrace to the Aegean sea enough. We rested our body and soul. We made it a long way, but it was worth it. We will definitely come again....

My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

This was not as expected at all, the listing describes and luxury private villa. It was basic and very uncomfortable, not luxury! It was not private as the garden was shared and the host walked around all day, so not private! It was not a villa but part of villa with neighbouring guests extremely close and visible. The access to our accommodation was through the bedroom, which had No air conditioning. The photographs were different to the reality.

Very friendly host family. Property as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well maintained pool. The kitchen is superbly equipped. You just have to cross the street and can swim directly in the sea. You need a car for shopping or restaurant visits. Covered parking on the premises.

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! Had a lovely relaxing stay. Super nice that the canopy in the garden could open, so we could enjoy the sun in the pool. The beach is really a 5-minute walk away and the road in between is very quiet (at least at the end of the “summer season”). Yorgos is a very accessible and friendly host. Clear and pleasant instructions passed before arrival and responds quickly. I would book here again in a heartbeat, so definitely recommended!

Staying at Efi's vacation home was great from front to back! Even before the start of the trip, we received information from Efi about the surrounding area, shopping and excursion destinations. There were detailed directions as well as an uncomplicated self-check-in. Once we arrived at the cottage, we were delighted: the large property, the really beautifully landscaped garden, the super cozy and stylishly furnished house. Everything is very neat and clean, so you feel right at home. Even a little shopping, which we would have easily managed the first day with, Efi had provided us: water, fruits and vegetables, noodles, tomato sauce and a bottle of wine were waiting for us as a welcome gift. Thank you! Over our stay, we regularly had contact with Efi, she always responded immediately and helped us super friendly in all questions. A thousand thanks, dear Efi , for this great holiday!

It felt like a home away from home! It had everything we needed including things we didn’t know we wanted! The playroom was awesome, the kitchen better than the one at home and everything was thoughtfully placed! We will come again next year! The hosts were very friendly and always ready to assist us!

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To mention: In the same yard are the hosts, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same locations. Thanks for everything!

We were 3 families with small children and we had a great time. The house is right up the beach so you have a great view of the sea from the terrace. Taverns, bars and supermarket are in walking distance so you really don't even need a car to get by. Great place to spend the hollydays!

The place is nice with a great view. It is very well furnished and maintained. Few things to note, the bedroom is right next ot the road, so you hear every passing car. It's not that bad since there aren't many on that road. The yard could be a bit better maintained, you can't just leave a toddler to roam around since the fence to the sea is half fallen. This said, we're very happy with our two-week stay. There is a beach bar at 100m from the house that you can stay / get drinks if you want to but we preferred to be alone with the toddler most of the time. The city has nice restaurants and shops so you can get everything you need from there. It is a really nice place if you want to spend time at the sea in peace. Totally recommend it!

We felt very, very comfortable. The apartment was very clean and very nicely furnished. From our hosts, we received great tips on tavernas in the village and also lots of information for activities. If, like us, you arrive in the fall and can no longer sit on the terrace in the morning and evening (because too cool), it gets a little tight in the kitchen for more than 2 people. But that wasn't a problem for us either. Thank you very much for the great time
