It was our first time family holidays - 10 people. The house and the close beach were just what we were searching for! Amazing! No need to pack for the whole day to go on the beach. With the baby and small kids (2 to 5 yo) it was a real treat - you go to the beach just in swim suit, you swim, you go back. Georgia is very friendly. Nothing is a problem. Definitely a place to go on family vacation. Calm place. Blue Flag Beach. Friendly Lifeguard. Just great! thank you!

We were greeted with vases of fruit, chilled drinks and water. We immediately felt at home. A beautiful, tidy home with all the necessary amenities, cleanliness and coziness. In the evening we met the sunset on our verandas, and in the morning we could hear the birds singing softly. Stable Internet has helped us a lot to combine work and leisure. And the proximity of a beautiful equipped beach made it possible to endlessly enjoy the incredible sea and sun. our Chihuahua was greeted by a separate bottle of water, a bed, a toy, bowls. Every evening we enjoyed our olive garden, and in the morning we heard the birds singing softly. We went to bed, and Yannis continued to take care of the premises. The kitchen had everything you need, even a toaster and a waffle maker. We are impressed and will definitely come again. This is our best experience.

We had an incredible stay! The place was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful—it felt like a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The apartman is located in a pleasant location, in the center of the willage.. There are 2 restaurants nearby, a convenience store and the beach, a 3-minute walk away. The accommodation was perfect for 4 people... I can only recommend it

This was our second time staying at Adam’s apartment, and we loved it just as much as on our first visit. Adam is very helpful and always reachable for any questions. The apartment is cozy, safe and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is great, with friendly neighbors and adorable cats! There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and the beach is just a short stroll away. We highly recommend this place!

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

This was not as expected at all, the listing describes and luxury private villa. It was basic and very uncomfortable, not luxury! It was not private as the garden was shared and the host walked around all day, so not private! It was not a villa but part of villa with neighbouring guests extremely close and visible. The access to our accommodation was through the bedroom, which had No air conditioning. The photographs were different to the reality.

Very friendly host family. Property as described. Great property with olive trees and a very well maintained pool. The kitchen is superbly equipped. You just have to cross the street and can swim directly in the sea. You need a car for shopping or restaurant visits. Covered parking on the premises.

Had a lovely relaxing stay. Super nice that the canopy in the garden could open, so we could enjoy the sun in the pool. The beach is really a 5-minute walk away and the road in between is very quiet (at least at the end of the “summer season”). Yorgos is a very accessible and friendly host. Clear and pleasant instructions passed before arrival and responds quickly. I would book here again in a heartbeat, so definitely recommended!

My friends and I loved our stay at Electra’s place. Electra was always responsive and helpful. Her neighbour Paul greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome - he was very helpful and gave us recommendation’s. The house was very clean and cosy. We loved having a private beach and the surroundings were beautiful! We would definitely return.

Staying at Efi's vacation home was great from front to back! Even before the start of the trip, we received information from Efi about the surrounding area, shopping and excursion destinations. There were detailed directions as well as an uncomplicated self-check-in. Once we arrived at the cottage, we were delighted: the large property, the really beautifully landscaped garden, the super cozy and stylishly furnished house. Everything is very neat and clean, so you feel right at home. Even a little shopping, which we would have easily managed the first day with, Efi had provided us: water, fruits and vegetables, noodles, tomato sauce and a bottle of wine were waiting for us as a welcome gift. Thank you! Over our stay, we regularly had contact with Efi, she always responded immediately and helped us super friendly in all questions. A thousand thanks, dear Efi , for this great holiday!

It felt like a home away from home! It had everything we needed including things we didn’t know we wanted! The playroom was awesome, the kitchen better than the one at home and everything was thoughtfully placed! We will come again next year! The hosts were very friendly and always ready to assist us!

Very good location, just 3 minutes to the beach on foot. The apartment has Air conditioning and there were no mosquitoes. I didn't realise form the pictures, but the apartment has 2 bedrooms that are very similar. Outside of the kitchen it has a shaded garden with 2 tables and chairs and a little tree. The garden is private in front of the apartment, but it's a duplex and the garden (yard) is shared with the other apartment, but you can close the yard door if you have a dog or little children. Aikaterini is a great host, very responsive and understanding, he accepted our date change request. We had a pleasant stay and recommend the placez especially due to being so close to the beach and a good bakery.

The place is nice with a great view. It is very well furnished and maintained. Few things to note, the bedroom is right next ot the road, so you hear every passing car. It's not that bad since there aren't many on that road. The yard could be a bit better maintained, you can't just leave a toddler to roam around since the fence to the sea is half fallen. This said, we're very happy with our two-week stay. There is a beach bar at 100m from the house that you can stay / get drinks if you want to but we preferred to be alone with the toddler most of the time. The city has nice restaurants and shops so you can get everything you need from there. It is a really nice place if you want to spend time at the sea in peace. Totally recommend it!
