Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Hanioti Beach

It was a nice place to relax and have peace. You have your own beach in front of the house and it was amazing. Very clear and the colour its magnificent. House was very very clean. The kitchen is full equipped; even the coffee and spices. Rooms were a little bit small but its okey for a summer house. The garden was amazing! The big olive tree we love it. You can say good morning to sea and the night full of stars. Hosts were very very kind. They solve our problems very friendly and we got help from them anytime we wrote. We didnt want it ends but hope to go again! İ really recommend the place from the heart

The house is very clean and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Spacious outdoor area and quiet neighborhood! The location is ideal – quiet and secluded, but at the same time not far from the main attractions. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Communication went smoothly, and all our questions were answered quickly. We can recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Great place, feels like home! Very big house with a great view and big terraces looking at the sea. All needed amenities were present so you can cook your own food. Two toilets which is very convenient when you are with the family. Walkable distance to a great calm beach, it’s about 5 minutes walk. Definitely would recommend the place!

The house is in a fantastic location—right by the sea, in a quiet area. It had everything we needed. Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely come back again.

We couldn’t have been any happier! The apartment is very spacious for two people, comfy, well equipped and really clean. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. Zacharias even left some food in the fridge for us, which saved our first evening. In general Zacharias was a great and friendly host. He was always easy to reach, gave us some recommendations for the area and even let us stay longer on the day of our check-out as our flights didn’t leave until the evening. Highly recommended!

Yannis was a fantastic host, super friendly and helped us with everything we needed! The house was great, very close to the beach and good restaurants. Bonus cool thing- a fisherman drives by the house almost every day with fresh fish, we grilled them and it was phenomenal.

Do not miss Themida's house when you visit Chaniotis. We were two families with kids and spent 9 unforgettable days. The place is exceptional, close to the beach and the tavernas in the city centre. You can also do BBQ on the porch if you prefer to stay in the house. Themida is super friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to visit it again.

Pantelis was an excellent host. He was proactive and very kind. Communication with him was super-easy and quick. His place is well-equipped and peaceful, and only a 5-minute walk away from the great beach. Definitely recommended home!

A perfect location for anyone that searches for a quiet zone, not very agglomerated. Perfect for families with kids, it has easy access to beaches, shops, restaurants etc. The host is very attentive and receptive to the guest's needs and respects theirs intimacy.

Anna was a very kind host, even though we didn't meet, she answered my messages immediately. He was also flexible regarding the reservation of the accommodation, considering that after a tiring journey we booked it earlier than we had agreed. We can only say good things about the accommodation. If you look at the pictures, you will see that it is a new, tastefully furnished apartment. The pictures speak for themselves. The neighborhood is also a newly built part. We had fun. Thank you for your hospitality!

Everything was perfect for us.

Very well located apartment, close to shop and main road, yet a few hundred meters to the beach. Clean and cool on hot days. Quiet and two terraces. Well equipped with cooking utensils.

We had a very nice week's holiday. Nikos was always available and very attentive. He knew the area well and his suggestions were very helpful. The location of the house was great. Both in the center, close to the beach and all the restaurants, markets and away from the crowds and noise. I can't say enough about the view from the terrace. It was a pleasure to sit and have a drink. As for the comments about the house, it was very nice and sufficient as planned. I can say that during our 4 person stay, we did not feel the lack of anything compared to our home. Plates, pots, and other items in the kitchen were complete. You need only basic cooking items and go. Because Nikos has other ingredients ready for you. There was plenty of oil, spices, and even drinks. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean, including the towels. The internet was fast and the TV was very functional. We had a lovely holiday here and if we go to the same area again I will stay at Nikos' house.

We found ourselves in a private setting despite hosting other families. The large manicured garden encourages the stay and gives an idea of the care and order of the owners.

We had a great stay, George and his sister where extremely welcoming the accommodation was first class including momma's cake. A late checkout was no problem we would recommend a stay here to anyone visiting the area.

Even though the summer/sea season is over this place worth to be there no matter when. Special thanks to the hosts waited till 1 AM for us without getting a clear timeframe to arrive there from us 🙏 Walked on the beach for a while in the morning and felt the peace of beautiful nature

We liked the house and the property with proximity to the beach very much. The house is nicely decorated, had enough space for our two families and had everything we needed. The terraces invited you to linger and eat together, the garden was great for the kids. We even saw some worshipers and geckos:) The surroundings were very quiet at the time of the year out of season, which is good for unwinding. For restaurants and supermarkets we drove to the nearest larger village of Nikiti. There are many very nice beaches and boat rentals nearby to explore the inaccessible coves and islands. We enjoyed the holiday very much. This has also been due to the accommodation and hospitality of Ioannis.

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

This was the best airbnb experience I've ever had!!! The house was clean and very close to the sea. Hara and her family are communicative and were very friendly from the start! They welcomed us very warm-heartedly and were always there to help. I talked to them everyday after swimming in the sea. Thank you Hara and Konstantina! You made our stay very special! George welcomed us like a true host. His english as well as Serbian is really good and we really had a great time at his villa. Only downsides - no baby bed mattrace and if you drive a low clearence vehicle you might have problems with the approach path to the villa. Recommended for people with kids since the backyard is big and the beach is perfect for them.
