Another lovely stay. New carpets, painted upstairs and a robotic lawn mower were a nice surprise. Booked again for Christmas .

The house was even better in real life, the location was perfect. Richard had thought of everything, excellent communication. We had the best weekend at frog manor and will definitely be returning!!

Tim is doing an excellent job. Gave me all the information I needed straight after booking. His home is spotless and has all the amenities that you may need / forgot to bring with you. Would happily stay again

Jazz and Benny’s place was warm and welcoming giving guests generous and thoughtful provisions on check in. Jon was very helpful and always prompt with his response if I messaged him. The location is ideal for links with various types of transport, yet it is in a quiet neighborhood and has a lovely rural outlook to the rear of the property. It was the perfect base while we were visiting family. Thank you so much for enhancing our holiday.

Had a fantastic stay at Michael's apartment. Great location, very comfortable, great furnishings and spotlessly clean. Michael is a great host, responding to questions in good time. If you're thinking of visiting Chester look no further than this apartment, you won't do better

We stayed here for a long weekend to see some friends. The location was perfect and close to all the nice restaurants and bars in Stockton Heath. The photos don't really do the size of this apartment justice, its much bigger in the flesh. Parking is a bit tight but I did come in a van so not ideal.

We booked Polly's apartment for my partners special birthday weekend. It's a perfect location for a mini break. Lots of places to eat/drink. Polly kindly left a birthday card and gifts which was a nice surprise, and milk so we could make a cuppa when we checked in. Would definitely stay again 😊

I have NOTHING negative to say about Gary or the Cottage. Warm, cosy and peaceful Cottage, Home from home and we felt instantly comfortable. A good sized bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom with bath and another large bathroom with shower off the hall. Kitchen stocked with absolutely everything including welcome cakes, milk and lager. The outdoor space is just stunning! We loved a cuppa sat on the swing seats whilst overlooking the large pond and all the wildlife. We had visiting ducks and 2 of the largest swans I’ve ever seen. Beautiful, peaceful and private hot tub which is just gorgeous. We found it so relaxing in the evening whilst it was raining. Really nice ambience with pretty lighting and complete privacy. Gary was a friendly, helpful host. Was always on hand and we asked if he had any dvd’s we could watch and he called with a huge box of all genres. Nothing was too much trouble. We absolutely loved our break and we will def be going back! Thank you Gary!

Holland Road is our regular home from home when we visit our family in the area. Very comfortable and a perfect location.

Ed’s place is in Birkenhead, but only one underground stop from Liverpool docks area and is very convenient for Liverpool. Hamilton Square is impressive and Ed’s place is very comfortable.

We had a brilliant weekend in this lovely home - Rob and Lisa were very responsive and helpful hosts. The flat is a great location to access the town centre. It is very spacious and was so quiet! Thank you both for a lot wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.
