Wonderful place right on the lake. Hugo was super responsive. We had a great time.

Our stay at the Great Pond Airbnb was incredible! The house was beautiful, cozy, and fully stocked with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the paddle boat—it was magical to take it out on the lake early in the morning and watch the sunrise. Truly a dream! Finding the place initially was a bit tricky (we missed some details in the instructions), and cell service in the area is spotty, so definitely screenshot directions beforehand. Once settled, though, it was perfect. Being just over an hour from Acadia National Park was a huge bonus! We had a blast hiking, especially on Precipice Trail (challenging but amazing!) and Beehive Trail for a slightly easier, but still fun option. This spot offered the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway!

This cottage is an amazing place to stay if you’re visiting and want to get a taste of Maine. It’s right off a main road that takes you to Acadia and there’s many great spots to eat along the way, including a lobster restaurant right across the street. The cottage itself is small but perfect! It utilizes the small space very well. You have everything you need in there— comfortable bed, full bathroom, A/C, TV, mini fridge, microwave, etc. It’s very clean and well taken care of too. I was very comfortable here during my trip and would recommend it to anyone visiting!

Second time going to Acadia and second time staying here. It’s literally perfect, the whole way through. We are from Michigan and it gives you that Upper Peninsula vibe if you know what I mean.

This was our second time staying here, my family and I love the tranquility of this little piece of heaven. Christopher’s home was beautiful, clean and well maintained.

My cottage was everything that description made it out to be. I am one who likes to keep to herself and I got that opportunity during my visit. I wished I had taken the time to enjoy the hot tub, but that's my fault and nobody else's. lol I would highly recommend this place!

Great location above Acadia, if you are going. Easy acess to go down either side. Also close to Bar Harbor. We took some snacks from the general area that came in handy while we were at the park.

Had a wonderful time on the pond. The house is just as described and has everything you need for a relaxing place on the water. Was drivable to bar harbor and Arcadia national Park. Was responsive to all messages. The coffee bar was a great hit!

Absolutely loved our stay here! If you're someone who enjoys being close to nature and traveling with your dog, this place is perfect. The surroundings are peaceful and green. Fabiola was super friendly and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. The house rules were clear and straightforward, which made the whole experience stress-free. We felt really welcomed and comfortable the entire time. All in all, a great stay—we’d definitely come back!

The location is amazing — just down the road from Acadia, on the Schoodic Peninsula, which in my opinion is even more pristine and beautiful than the main part of the park. The cabin itself is incredible — warm, spotless, charming, and very well-stocked. Beautiful views of the water, super relaxing vibes. I especially loved the sunroom and the deck — perfect for unwinding! The host was super friendly, helpful, and incredibly responsive — made everything so easy and welcoming. We hope to be back soon!

The cabin was breathtaking, with a history painted and photographed among her walls. Perfect amount of space to accommodate a family should you have one. The morning sunrise was spiritual, and humbling. Host was incredibly friendly and accommodating for our dog. Arjuna. Will absolutely be returning. Thank you for an amazing and beautiful experience.

Can’t say enough about Craig’s beautiful lakeside cottage. If you like remote, peaceful and being close to nature this is for you. The house and contents seemed brand new and they had thought of everything we could want, right down to pancake mix, maple syrup and Maine blueberries for our breakfasts. An easy drive to Acadia. Craig was communicative, friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay and hope we’ll be back.

good value, a little creepy if you're showing up at night (haunted vibes) a little damp smelling, especially in the bathroom (since it's carpeted) but the view makes up for everything. beds and sheets were all clean and comfortable upon arrival.

Cute little cabin in the woods!! Super clean, check in was very easy. Nichole was very easy to communicate with. The cabin was perfect for a quick weekend. We would definitely stay again!

The place was such a needed cozy nook of a cottage. And we are so grateful that we got to experience it. You must chose this place! It was half an hr from bar harbor and so close to Acadia National Park. We are definitely going to come back!

This is one of the best places we have ever visited. A beautiful setting and very private. The home was fantastic. Very well done and very comfortable. Everything inside was super clean and neat. Very nice bed and fantastic bed linens. A lot of care and time has gone into creating the spot. And let’s not forget the beautiful outdoors, the setting was fantastic. We enjoyed the fire pit way too much. On a clear night you can see the stars without difficulty. We will definitely come back and plan a longer stay.

I stayed here with my wife and mom for four nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We drove to Mt Desert Island/Acadia every day, and found this house a very convenient and affordable location. It was fun to also try Josie’s restaurant/store which was absolutely delicious, as well as a local brewery near Ellsworth. Well stocked with towels and kitchenware and very comfortable! Host was very responsive!

Beautiful, serene location and a great cabin. We enjoyed the view, kayaking, and the thoughtful welcome. The cabin is very cute and had everything we needed. Easy to get to local attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Be sure to check out the Williams Family Farm store at the main road.

We spent 4 nights, and during a Northeaster storm. Very comfortable and the heater worked quickly and efficiently when the temperature dropped. Loved hearing the rain on the roof at night while we slept. There is a wonderful walkway down to the water's edge, where we would site and have our coffee (even in the drizzle). Overall, the description is accurate. Great location. Good hopping spot to everything the area has to offer. And perfectly good kitchen to work up a dinner if not up to going out. Would definitely recommend.

Lillebo is in a beautiful quiet location. It is a welcoming, comfortable house with lots of good information about the area, with toys, games, and books for all ages. The screened porch is an especially tranquil place to relax and listen to the birds. Will was friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.
