My family and I love Sandy’s place. Lots of room, so comfortable and very clean! Sandy is so easy to communicate with and is always quick to reply! Close to the beach to take the dogs for a run in the winter months, close to town for restaurants, bowling, shopping. And just a great place to hang out, watch football, play games, or make pizza in the wood fired pizza oven! This is our second stay and we’ll be back.

Beautiful home with tons of unique characteristics. Easily accommodated the five of us with plenty of space. Game room was fun! Close distance to Bank of NH Pavilion where we attended a concert.

My teenagers and I spent 6 days here to experience some winter weather (from Florida). The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with large lots in a mountainy area. It was perfect. Dark and quiet at night, but we felt safe and were 10 minutes to a 24 hour gas station, which was helpful when we'd come back from adventuring all day. A lot of the lake attractions, shops, and restaurants were not open when we were there (January), so I can't comment on them. That's just a seasonal thing, and we weren't coming for those activities. We visited Gunstock, which is beautiful, but are not skiers. But if you are, it is basically around the corner. Everything was beautiful and quaint as a New England experience should be. This house was located very centrally for our needs. We visited Vermont, Maine, the White Mountains, and Mass. on short day trips. The house stayed warm, and we enjoyed the wood stove so much. Would recommend and hope we get the chance to go back.

Charming and cozy. Beautiful art and it feels like home. Anh is a amazing host, responds quickly and she's an absolute sweetheart. I had such a great time staying here and so did my guests. We didn't want to leave lol. I would definitely stay here again. So if you're ever in Rockport make sure to book this fantastic home. You'll enjoy your stay and you'll enjoy the peaceful town.

Excellent accommodations! Everything looked perfect, like a staged home. Free of a lot of knick knacks. Everything you needed in the kitchen without an overload of mismatched items. Cozy beds! Super warm fire! Lots of local recommendations. Very well organized. Total 5 out of 5!

Clean and new interior. Great location right in the center of town. Well-equipped kitchen with spice rack and complementary Keurig coffee. Very comfortable mattress. Takes a little while to warm up, but great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. There is a grocery store within a few minutes drive and many nearby fish markets, everything needed to make a delicious meal and enjoy it in a comfortable setting. The world-class Shalin Liu Performance Center is a five minute walk away. If you are comfortable walking up a flight of exterior stairs, this is perfect.

Excellent stay over about ten days. Very convenient location. Just a block from the Amtrak station. Quaint downtown that's getting heavy development. Plenty of dining options. Central heating works really well. Older building, but this 2nd floor unit is comfortable and cozy. Free use of shared washer and dryer in the basement. Travis is pretty accessible if you need to reach him for any reason.

Perfect place for our weekend trip! We planned to visit Salem & Boston, and it’s located pretty much in the middle of the two places so it worked perfect!! It was a good amount of space for the 4 of us! We enjoyed the patio on evening, that was a very nice additional space.

Susan’s place was stunning. I grew up close to this area so I knew what to expect, but in all honesty, the back yard was still a bit unreal. You can’t beat open ocean views, a hammock, and sitting area, and a porch/deck with levels leading down to the ocean. The space itself was more than enough room, very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and our young son had the space to enjoy himself. We would definitely book with Susan again!

This was our first trip to Salem and we will only go when we can get Joe’s ! We were in the historical water district only a couple blocks from the water!!! We flew in to Boston and used Uber to get to the air bnb. We didn’t have to use Uber again until the day we left Salem!! This air bnb was the perfect location, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see and visit. It was so close to everything we shopped and then walked back to drop our packages off and then head back out! It was no more than a 10 min walk!! The place was very clean and comfortable. I loved that they had a welcome binder that had everything you might want to see and great recommendations for food. It also had a section in the back where you could leave a note about your visit. I loved reading others experiences! I can’t repeat it enough, Joe’s air bnb will be the only place we stay when we visit Salem! This was an A+ !!

We really liked Dave and Mandy’s Airbnb. We were doing home renovation and needed something nearby for our family and little dog. It was a nice home away from home for us. Very comfortable and peaceful. Plus i could walk to the orange line to get to work.

This may now be our favorite AirBNB stay, ever. We’ve always lived Ogunquit, but this location was amazing. We literally did walk to many things. And the space was fantastic. Comfort, quality, stylish decor. Three options to make coffee! Beds so comfy, everything spotless. The yard space was so cool! We didn’t have time to enjoy it all but it’s adorable and we sure got in the jacuzzi! So dog friendly! Bowls, a dog bed, spare leash! Thank you! Lastly, best host ever. So friendly, helpful, had fantastic recommendations. He is a local! This was important to us. We try to avoid the corporate-owned stays. Host was so personable and obviously has pride of ownership. Would give 10 stars if we could. Highly recommend this stay in every way. Would definitely stay here over and over!

We loved staying at Gary's beautiful home. We were a gathering of extended family, and we were looking mostly for a place where we could all gather together - our group of 16 and 1 to 3 dogs, depending on the day. The great room that included kitchen, dining area, and two sitting areas was spectacular - allowing us to cook together, play games, catch up. Exactly what we were looking for. Kitchen was very spacious with multiple work areas and a massive refrigerator and freezer. There was central living area with two L-shaped couches that allowed all of us to sit together. While table had six dining chairs, between folding chairs (very comfortable), and counter stools that worked well, we managed to get 14 people around the table. The private, wooded views from the living room were also spectacular. Lovely light coming into the house. Bedrooms were simple and plentiful. Gary and his wife were very responsive to the few questions and needs we had. Highly recommend.

Lindsay is a terrific host, she made everything very simple. The house has an excellent location with beautiful views of the ocean. The rental has everything you need to enjoy a fun and peaceful stay at the beach, any time of year. My family loved it and definitely want to come back again!
