I had a wonderful stay at MaryAlice’s place! She was an incredibly communicative and thoughtful host, always quick to respond and make sure I had everything I needed. The hot tub was a definite highlight — it was so relaxing and had stunning views of the surrounding scenery. The bed was also super comfortable, making for a restful stay. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Ogunquit area! The cottage is exactly as described, and well located between Wells and Ogunquit - you do need a car to get around easily as others have said. This is a fantastic place to stay with kids - having the pool facilities especially is great as a break from the beach. Julie and Derek left great advice as well as flexibility on check-in - thanks again!

We just returned from a wonderful winter weekend away with friends at Odessa by the Sea. From the moment we booked to the moment we left, this host and property were everything we could have hoped for. It was the perfect house for our group of 16, with a plethora of beds, a well-stocked kitchen, a wonderful hot tub...all just a short 1-minute walk to the beach. The host, Jason, was communicative all along and there were no surprises. His brother-in-law was there when we arrived to let us in and show us around, and he was there when we checked out to say goodbye and ensure our stay was everything we had expected (and probably to check in on us to ensure we left the place in one piece). Overall, no complaints. I'd highly recommend a stay at this house.

Gorgeous grounds and location for a quiet peaceful weekend getaway! David was very responsive and personable. The cabin is eclectic with something new and interesting in every corner.

Our short stay was needed and this location was exactly what we was looking for! Very accommodating, private. Made us feel right at home. Our one complaint would just be the wifi. We struggled to get connected even with simple instructions. All in all, I would DEFINITELY reserve this location for our travels/vacations in the future! Thanks, Rick

We had such a good time, Steve and Sonya were super accommodating and responsive. The house is beautiful and so is the property. They have 2, paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a canoe. My kids fished on the dock and bank from 6 am-6 pm and caught fish the whole time. We had a great stay and a lot of fun. Steve and Sonya were super helpful they even replaced the coffee maker that stopped working during our stay. We recommend it as a family of 5 with the ages of 6-2 years old. Awesome house and an awesome lake!

We needed a pet friendly place north of Boston with a driveway and this fit the bill! We were comfortable for the few nights we were there and had everything we needed! Karen was very responsive to the few questions I had.

This trip was our 3rd one here and it was once again an amazing a special few days. Julie was incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful. It is such a place of peace for us, full of time outdoors no matter the weather, and LOTS of dog cuddles. We will be back!

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. My wife and I just returned from this property. This was our fourth consecutive annual visit and we have already reserved for 2025. When it comes down to it, there are only 2 things that are important and draw us back time after time. 1. The home and its views: We have had the opportunity to stay at a number of New England Airbnb/VRBO properties, this is the only one we want to return to, over and over again. Its popularity makes it difficult to reserve- please ask yourself why? The home is delightful, comfortable, affordable, well equipped, clean, private and with a view of Sargent's pond that never stops mesmerizing us. If you are an outdoor action or more of laid-back type - no one will be disappointed. 2. Andy and Emily are the quintessential hosts. From the welcoming package, including doggie snacks - they think of everything. They are kind, honest and thoughtful people who want to ensure your needs are met but are never intrusive. We sincerely trust and thank them.

Rebecca was a great host and very responsive. The place is charming and cozy and was spotless when we arrived. My family and I enjoyed our two night stay and wished we could stay for another night. Backyard is huge and was perfect for our dog. The location was quiet. We are happy and satisfied with the place 😊

We love coming here. The beach is right across the street for me to look for rocks and sea glass and then right down the road is the beach for swimming. Perfect little getaway. Rachel is an amazing hostess.

Beautiful and super CLEAN condo in a great location! We especially appreciated little touches like Christopher's art work on the walls along with the awesome shower. Will stay here again!

Mikes placed looked even better in pictures . So clean , loved his instructions pictures along with instructions which made it very easy to. Will definitely come again if available. Mike responded very quickly and offered. Help if we needed it but with his clear instructions there was no need . Thanks again Mike !

This was the perfect place for a girl's weekend. Very close to Kittery and Portsmouth shops, great seafood restaurants and State Park beaches. We were lucky the temperature was cool, as a lot of the windows didn't have screens and were too hard to open. I assumed maybe the owners haven’t fully switched over to summer mode as it's been cold up till recently. Wonderful decor, very whimsical.

Rita was responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Place was clean and inviting, close to the strip. Would definitely stay again!
