Great location, easy check-in, Wayne was super helpful and provided clear instructions. Place was clean, tidy and spacious. Perfect spot for our stopover in Hamilton!

Everything at this property was beautiful! The bed was comfortable & everything was incredibly clean. Details such as coffee, milk, & light breakfast were appreciated. The host even left a special treat for us. The property had its own unique charm….with artwork, well maintained living plants, and an exceptional private backyard space—that was perfect to relax & unwind from a busy day. Lake Rotoroa was easily walkable, but walk to city center/riverwalk/reataurants was about 30 minutes by foot. Overall, would highly recommend staying here! We hope to return again soon.

Erena's place was gorgeous, comfortable and we felt right at home. Even though we were on the same property, it was very private and quiet - we were not disturbed at all. Amenities were all clean and worked well. Detailed instructions and helpful notes were left as well as some great local recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here!
