Monthly Rentals in Hallingdal

We had a really nice time. Beautiful cottage, equipped with everything. Everything has been thought of, both for adults and small children. We traveled with 2 young children by plane, so it was very nice that we didn't have to bring too much stuff. The view is stunning. Beautiful veranda. The kitchen is well equipped. Good beds. We were very happy that we were allowed to use sledges and cross-country skiing. Ingrid's hospitality and the look of the cottage makes it really feel like home. Note that the village of Äl is about a 20-minute drive away. The village has a good supermarket and a few nice shops. We really liked the TID kafe for lunch and coffee. We had rented a 4x4 car, we were very happy with this. We had to deal with a lot of snow during our stay, and freezing the way to the cottage. Until Äl the road is fine, but to the house (still 8 km) the road is steep and in winter it can be snowy or icy.

Wenche's cabin is absolutely wonderful!! What a treasure! Clean and peaceful interior, equipped with everything you need and more, awesome facilities (the outdoor tub is a must!), and a spectacular landscape! We were incredibly lucky with the weather, and the sun in the morning is to die for... Creds to Wenche for answering all my questions and for being so friendly from start to finish. Rent this cabin as a couple, family or group of friends. Enjoy the extremely comfortable cabin, the nature, the skiing tracks, and each other's company. It's just perfect 🌟

Lovely, cosy cabin. Very quiet and peaceful. Comfy beds. Close to Gol and Hemsedal :) . Vegar was very responsive and helpful when we asked for an extension cable. Would definitely stay again :)

Super nice cabin with everything you need! Very nice and helpful host. Was picked up at the train station and taken to the store for groceries! Was well taken care of.
