Affordable and quiet place to stay in Fukuoka. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need while traveling.

Location: At Minami Fukuoka Station, which is 3 stops from Hakata, it is not too far from the city center, and the surrounding environment is relatively quiet and suitable for living. Transportation conditions: 1. Airport Domestic Terminal Building Take Nishitetsu Bus No. 43 Get off at Minami Fukuoka Station and walk 4 minutes to the apartment; 2. There are two rail transit lines next to Nishitetsu Omuta Line Sakuragi Station (4 minutes on foot), a JR Kagoshima Main Line Minami Fukuoka Station (8 minutes on foot), whether it is going to the city center or going to Dazaifu and Saga, it is convenient. Surroundings: The apartment is right on the lake, the little road in front of the door in autumn is covered with red leaves, down the road is a small mini park, quiet and beautiful.Convenience store, supermarket, drug store, restaurant, shopping street, basically all within 5-10 minutes walk. Condition of the apartment: The items prepared by the homeowner will basically cater for most of the accommodation needs, there is air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle, umbrella, toiletries, cookware utensils, one closet for one utility closet.One thing to note is that because the apartment is on the lake, the room will be cold in autumn and winter, the air conditioner can heat the bedroom very warm, but the bathroom is far from the air conditioner, it is very difficult to warm up, it is a challenge for people who are afraid of cold to go to the toilet and take a bath.

Convenient, no frills location that is super walkable to all the touristy parts of Fukuoka! Having a washer with bathroom dryer was AWESOME! Enabled us to get all our laundry done over the 2 days. Jessica & Leo were extremely responsive and thorough in their communications.

I can highly recommend staying at Sonoko’s place. It was super relaxing and we loved the location, not far from the amazing Sumiyoshi shrine. It was really comfortable and had everything we needed. Sonoko was very responsive and even helped us find a birthday cake for our son! It was great to stay there.
