This is an attractive accommodation that can be easily accessed from two stations, a 6-minute walk from JR Kagoshima Main Line Minami Fukuoka Station and a 6-minute walk from Nishitetsu Zassho Station. There are restaurants, convenience stores, banks, 24-hour supermarkets, shopping streets, and bus stops nearby, making it a very convenient location. The new Nishitetsu Sakura-Nariki Station opened on March 16, making it even more convenient! Smooth access to the airport, Tenjin, Hakata station, Dazaifu Tenmangu, Lalaport Fukuoka, Canal City Hakata, etc. from the station and bus. This new property was built in July 2022 and has an accommodation on the 12th floor. Long-term use of a week or more is even more discounted, making it a very good value. Convenient transportation, 3-4 minutes walk from the bus stop, easy access to Tenjin and Hodo.10 minutes to Gaomiya Station, convenient to Kurumi and Yanagawa. The room is long and old, but there are other daily necessities (toothbrush and toothpaste need to be prepared by yourself). The balcony puts three bins, resulting in no place to dry clothes, but also dry in good weather and easy to dry clothes. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Absolutely loved this place! It’s a super chill, clean, and modern apartment just a short walk from Hakata Station. The space was way bigger than I expected like comfy bed, cute terrace, cozy living room, and a kitchen with everything I needed. The price felt super fair for how nice everything was, and the host was really sweet and quick to respond anytime I had a question. If I’m ever back in Fukuoka, I’m definitely staying here again. No need to even look at other options. Highly recommend 💯

This is my third stay here and still very comfortable and meticulously clean. Recommended for 2 people max - I don't understand why some people travel in groups and expect to squeeze into a single Japanese apartment when they are not made for that. The bed is so comfortable and I slept well.
