It’s a cozy house near downtown and a nice park. A couple of things about the listing, the bedrooms and bathroom is upstairs. The stairs are on the narrow side and steep. Finally the upstairs has creaky floors and may disturb light sleepers. It is nice little place in Roswell.

This home was very comfortable and clean. Host was very responsive in a timely manner. The only problem was when conformation was sent, we were sent the incorrect codes to get into the home. Host arrived quite fast after I notified her that we were there and could not get in. Other than that, out stay was very nice, and we were very comfortable.

Maria's place was very comfortable, lots of room. It suited our needs perfectly with 2 bedrooms. Roswell is fun with all the alien stuff. We stopped at the Roadrunner Cafe which is a food truck specializing in burgers, it was amazing especially the Stoned Pineapple.

Annabelle’s place is a gem if you’re staying in artesia. Walking distance from your local grocery store and a 2 minute drive from FLETC if you’re visiting family. She was a delight and always responded in a timely manner if I had any questions. If you come across this location, please do not hesitate to look any further. Book now and promise me you will not be disappointed.

We literally changed our plans just to stay at Peter’s place longer. Not only was the location beautiful and exactly what we wanted, but Peter was more than kind. He went out of his way to greet us and show us around. We got to meet all of the farm animals and he invited us back anytime- which we definitely will be taking advantage of. I cannot recommend this spot enough. Everything is clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It’s the perfect location to explore all the fun things in this part of New Mexico. Plus, it was perfect for our dog. He had a blast running around the fenced in yard and meeting the horses. PS- use the bathtub for a bubble bath, it rules lol

The place was great and fit our group's needs perfectly. We had plenty of room for ourselves and room to be together and enjoy being together. The fireplace outside was so nice, too. The host had thought of everything and had put together a wonderful experience for us.

The house was amazing! This was my first Air B&B rental and it was so easy. Brynn thought of EVERYTHING! There was anything and everything we could possibly have needed for my grandson and several fun games to play on site. The value versus hotel was so worth it! My family and I loved it so much we didn’t want to leave! Location isn’t too far from Main Street or NMMI. We will try to book this every time we travel to Roswell from now on!

The night we arrived the smoke detector was chirping to alert low battery. I contacted them to see if there was a battery in the house & he came right over with batteries. 👍 The one and only shower is a tiny closet like size. TV’s in every room and they were great! Bring toilet paper you only get one roll & in the second bathroom it wasn’t even a full roll, don’t know if that was an oversight or not cause it was almost gone.

My friends and I were extremely comfortable staying at this place. Everyone got their own bedroom for their own private space. But we didn’t mind sharing the kitchen and the living room. The description said there was a dishwasher however there was not one. But we didn’t mind doing dishes by hand. The neighborhood is a very nice neighborhood and I felt extremely comfortable walking around to get a little bit of exercise. Having the washer and dryer was extremely important to us because we were out hiking and getting dirty and sweaty so we were able to wash our clothes in the evening. We spent a lot of time on the back patio having our supper and just relaxing. It was a great location and we would definitely come back to this place.

The house is large and well furnished. The downstairs is just lovely. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed and the backyard has a great grassy area, along with a completely fenced yard encircling the house. The upstairs is a bit difficult to navigate due to the low ceiling and further limited by a window framed out into the hallway - the stairway is right there where there is not much room to navigate. Overall, the house is a great find to explore Roswell and the area. Make sure to visit the Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge where in early spring it must be a birders paradise. Also visit Toni at Finishing Touches, a really neat art store for those unique gifts.

This was a great place to stay! Very clean and pretty. Modern updates to all the appliances. I liked the beautiful trees and backyard. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. I also appreciated the quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay here during Spring Break! It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place is incredibly nice, well-organized, spotless, and super comfortable. Everything was just perfect—I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy my time off!
