A King bed, TV, ensuite bath and direct balcony access with Gulf views.

Guest Room:
Queen bed with a twin bunk (please note, the twin over bunk is smaller than a standard twin bed). TV also provided in the guest room.

Living Room:
Spacious and open layout, connecting to the kitchen and dining area with seating for seven. A Queen sofa bed, TV, and balcony with beautiful emerald Ocean views.

Kitchen and dining

Nearby vendors offer parasailing, jet skiing, and banana boat rides for rent, so you can add a little adventure to your stay.
If you are lucky you will spot some dolphins and stingrays in morning hours from the balcony.

Guest access
You’ll have full, private access to the condo and all shared resort amenities, except the locked owner’s closet. Any attempt to force entry or damage the lock will result in a fine.

Other things to note
We are centrally located near Publix, Walmart, and Edgewater shopping plaza, our retreat is just a short distance from the county pier. Enjoy the convenience of shopping and the excitement of fireworks displays on the 4th of July and New Year's Eve, right from the pier.

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. As per association rules the entire building maintains a non-smoking and no-pet policy. Paid onsite parking available

No discounts or refunds will be provided for any adjustments or changes to you reservation made after the cancellation period. This applies to any reason, including late arrivals, pool maintenance, early departures, bad weather, maintenance, power outages , noise or house keeping issues.
