The space
When entering light-filled Zapata del Mar, you’ll be immersed in a tastefully curated environment with muted tones, marble floors, diffused LED lighting, and a stunning view of Puerto Vallarta’s Zona Romántica, Banderas Bay & Pacific Ocean.
🛋️ LIVING ROOM
Beautifully furnished in a contemporary Mexican style, with a comfortable sectional, Sonos speaker and a smart TV for your entertainment. The floor-to-ceiling frameless doors provide a breathtaking view of the city and bay. The open floor plan offers a dedicated workspace with built-in desk, multiple USB & outlets, and lightning-fast high-speed internet service, for a highly functional home office with a view.

Step out onto the expansive private balcony and be captivated by the breathtaking views that stretch across the Zona Romántica and the ocean. This space offers quality outdoor furniture and a dining table with seating for up to 6, the perfect spot for your morning coffee, dining al fresco or enjoying a cocktail as the sun sets over Puerto Vallarta.
👨🍳 KITCHEN
The gourmet kitchen with Italian cabinetry and bar seating is well-equipped. High-end European appliances include a full-sized refrigerator, 5-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Everything you need to enjoy a home cooked meal is provided, with a full set of pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. The fridge features purified water and ice filtration along with another filtered water system at the kitchen sink.
🛌 PRIMARY BEDROOM
The expansive primary bedroom is furnished with a plush king-sized memory foam bed, a large dresser for storage, an overhead fan, and blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep. Also provided are a Sonos speaker, a white noise machine and ample USB & outlets on each nightstand.
🚿 PRIMARY BATH (EN SUITE)
The spa-like en-suite primary bathroom boasts a spacious walk-in rain shower, large backlit mirror, and a large dressing area with plenty of closet space and a safe for important documents or valuables. There’s motion sensored undercabinet lighting as a night light feature. Includes bath & beach towels, blow dryer and toiletries.
🛌 SECOND BEDROOM / 👨💻 FLEX ROOM
The second bedroom is a versatile space in the front of the condo by the balcony. This room can be completely enclosed by pulling out a movable wall, creating a private space with a queen size bed with memory foam topper, ample closets & storage, plenty USB & outlets, white noise machine and blackout blinds. If the second bedroom is not needed, we recommend setting up the desk & workstation, this way you have the use of full front of the condo as living space.
🚨The bed will be either opened or closed for the length of your stay. It is NOT to be opened and closed by guests under any circumstances.
🚿 HALL BATH
The second full bathroom features a large walk-in rain shower, light up mirror, plentiful storage cabinets and includes bath & beach towels, blow dryer and toiletries.
🧺 LAUNDRY
Full size washer and dryer available during your stay with detergent, ironing board & iron.
Other amenities include keyless entry, lightning-fast high-speed internet service, central air conditioning, suitcase stands, beach towels, toiletries, hair dryers.

SohoPV is the newest addition to the Romantic Zone's choice of luxury accommodations, dedicated to the highest level of luxury, comfort, and service. It features the largest roof top infinity pool in the western hemisphere and one of the largest in the world!! The buildings multiple amenities include:
• 🌊 Heated Rooftop Pool: open daily 10am - 10pm with towel service.
• 🍹 Rooftop Bar: open daily 11am - 7pm.
• 🍽️ Rooftop Restaurant: open daily 11am - 7pm.
• 🏖️ Lounge Areas: poolside lounge & cabanas, sunken lounge with fire pit, and floating lounges to unwind.
• ☀️ Sun Decks: perfect for soaking up the tropical sun.
• 💪🏼 Gym: open daily 7am - 9pm. Want a personal trainer? Inquire about rates & availability.
• 📍 Location: walking distance to the best attractions in the coveted Romantic Zone.
• 🚶♂️Accessibility: dedicated elevator access for every 2 units ensures privacy & convenience.
• 👮♂️ Security: onsite 24/7 to guarantee safety and peace of mind. All guests will be given wristbands to be worn at all times to ensure only guests have access to the building.

This modern building features: 24-hour front desk attendants/security, keyless door entry, and private elevator for every 2 condos per floor and to the rooftop pool. All guests will receive a wristband as part of the building registration.
Please note that only registered guests can use the common areas (gym & pool). Visitors are allowed in the unit, after signing-in at the main lobby, with a maximum of 6 people total for the unit.
Other things to note
• Guests must comply with building rules and guidelines regarding quiet hours, pool & gym usage and will be required to agree to a condominium consent form at check-in. Any violation of the condominium rules may result in a fine of $100 USD or more.
• All drinks & food consumed at the pool must be purchased from the rooftop bar & restaurant.
• SohoPV is located in an urban area and on a highway. Guests will experience some highway noise during certain hours in the morning and evening, especially on the balcony. There are also bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise.
• LGBTQIA+ owned and LGBTQIA+ friendly🌈.
