Welcome to Writer's Island OKI - a writer's paradise! Step into this relaxing retreat and you're instantly greeted with serenity. The sunroom is the place to be inspired with its nautical theme and large drafting table. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home sleeps 5 and is located in the heart of Oak Island. Writing desks in each room for when inspiration strikes. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for all your meals. Linens provided and beds made. Need extra space? Sam's Place is next door!

The space
Welcome to Writer's Island - a magical and inspirational home located among the treetops in the heart of Oak Island. Plenty of parking outside and room for the kids to play out back. This home is just a short walk or bikeride to the beach!

Inside, you'll find an open concept living/dining/kitchen area - perfect for easy vacationing and family time. The fully equipped, recently remodeled granite kitchen is perfect for meals at home.

The heart of the home is the back sun room - perfect for your morning coffee, evening cocktail, or quiet reflection any time of day. The large drafting table is the perfect place to put pen to paper.

The 2 bedrooms are spacious and well equipped. The primary suite with queen bed has a full en-suite bath with stand-up shower. The secondary bedroom boasts a full and twin bed and lots of storage space. The main hall bath is equipped with a jacuzzi!

Each of the rooms is equipped with a writing desk. The owner's have a passion for creative writing, so we encourage you to take some time, jot down anything that comes to mind, and donate it to the 'house book'!
