Wren cottage is a unique, one-bedroom, self-contained property with its own private garden set within the grounds of Boundary Stables. A perfect hideaway with lots of character, ideal for a short break or longer holiday. This cosy cottage is a great base to explore the Norfolk Broads and take a stroll a long the wonderful North Norfolk Coast by foot, bike or car. Only 25 minutes from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Happisburgh with its stunning lighthouse.

The space
The cottage is cosy with a homely feel situated in its own enclosed garden with access to an additional paddock that’s perfect for exercising your dog. Wren has all the modern conveniences including a fitted kitchen, free WiFi, smart TV and an outside gas BBQ.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cottage, its enclosed garden, large paddock and car park.

Other things to note
Unfortunately we do not allow smoking inside and this includes e-cigarettes.

You are welcome to bring dogs with you for no extra cost. Please ensure this is included on your booking.

Unfortunately we can not allow electric cars( EV) to be charged from the property.

Our neighbourhood is picturesque and boasts lovely walking trails. A stones-throw a way from the award winning East Ruston gardens, famous Happisburgh lighthouse and part of the deep history coastal walk. Happisburgh village has a few independent shops and pub.
