• Pool & spa heating: $50/day, 3-day minimum. 48 hours’ notice required. We begin heating well before you arrive so the water is ready and waiting the moment you walk in. The screened lanai keeps out leaves and bugs but not the outside air, so the heater runs on a continuous three-day cycle to reach and hold temperature.
• BBQ grill & propane: $85/stay. Fresh tank, the grill yours throughout, and a full deep cleaning afterward by our grill service partner, all at one flat rate, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation worry free.

HOUSE RULES
1. No parties or events — Home is for registered guests only.
2. No smoking — No smoking, vaping, or hookah/shisha anywhere on the property. This includes indoors, the pool area, patio, and all outdoor spaces. Smoke and vape sensors are remotely monitored inside and outside. $1,000 cleaning fee if triggered, plus the cost of replacing any tampered sensors. The only designated smoking area is the driveway.
3. Max 22 guests — All visitors must be listed on the booking. No unregistered visitors.
4. Parking — Driveway first, then approved street area in front. No blocking neighbors/sidewalks/hydrants. No RVs, trailers, boats, buses, or commercial vehicles.
5. Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM — Be respectful of neighbors.
6. No pets — We love animals, but we host many guests with allergies and need to keep the home allergen-free for everyone.
7. Respect the decor — All themed elements, props, lighting, and artwork are part of the experience. Handle with care.
8. Trash — Bag all trash, place in bench bin by front door before 8 AM. Community valet picks up daily. Loose trash will not be collected.
9. Gate Access — ChampionsGate requires all guests and vehicles to be registered through SymLiv before arrival. You will receive an email invitation after booking. Please register all vehicles (maximum 6), add all adult guest names, and complete the short Community Rules video. Your passes will be available to download once registration is complete. Unregistered vehicles may be denied entry or fined by the community.
10. Security Deposit — A refundable $300 security deposit is required and will be processed on the guest's credit card by the host. The hold is released after checkout once the property has been inspected. Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or violations of house rules during their stay.
