Guest access
The entire house, deck, porch, firepit area, hammock / oak grove area and the mowed areas surrounding the house. Totaling about 4 acres, estimated.
Other things to note
We use gentle and natural cleaning products with minimal scents for our guests who are sensitive to scents/chemicals.
We do not allow pets. Fire pit is weather dependent and safety is guest's responsibility.
In order to keep out the stickers and dirt we ask guests to remove shoes before walking around house.
The Panoramic sits on an 8.6 acre total property, and around 4 of those acres are part of the rental with a good amount of mowed areas for guests to enjoy, plus a fire pit, and hammock.
There are two adjacent lots that we have buildings on. The Mansion on The Hill is a vintage trailer that sleeps 4, with a separate gate/driveway, large deck, fire pit, and also with beautiful views. If guests at The Panoramic want to bring more than 6 people here, or have extra space, they can also rent this unit and it's a short walk through an oak grove to get there. We can sleep a maximum of 10 people between both units.
There is also a barn studio called The Cathedral, it's located on another lot adjacent to The Panoramic. It has it's own driveway after entering the main gate. Panoramic guests go straight, Cathedral to the left.
We also keep chickens on the property and may need to stop by to check them out once in a while, feed, etc. But generally we like to stay out of guests way and give them a super peaceful, quiet retreat to the hill country. It's a magical place and we want everyone to enjoy that!
You will notice the quiet, serene vibes as soon as you step out of your car. We have very low road noise, low air traffic (except for cool vintage planes from the FBG airport sometimes!), and so few neighbors you feel like you're way out on a far away ranch somewhere - but really you're only 10 minutes from everything here in Fredericksburg. It's perfect.
Please note the outdoor claw foot tub in the photo of the fire pit is a fountain, not a useable hot tub.
