Situated in Beautiful Wilton Maine you are near by to the famous Whistle Stop Trail that is great for walking, ATV and snowmobiling. You are also about a half mile from downtown Wilton that features a great craft brewery and an amazing Italian restaurant, make sure to check out Wilson lake with spectacular mountain views! Farmington is only 15 minutes away for all your shopping needs. You have Titcomb mountain 10 minutes from the house, 30 minutes to Black Mountain and under an hour from Sunday River/Saddleback/Sugarloaf! If your in the area with your ATV make sure you stop by Rocky Mountain Terrain Park 15 minutes away!

This house has had a full interior remodel in Spring 2026.
