Downstairs studio, queen bed, futon couch, love seat, patio, bathroom. kitchenette Main floor kitchen, living room, fireplace, sun room, king bed, 3 sleeper sofas, washer dryer, deck, home faces White River, patio, We prefer no animals exceptions must discuss ahead of booking. 50 year old home - double pane windows have lost seal. They're foggy not dirty. We welcome all communication to help us improve !!!

RIVER ACCESS
We have 4 acres on north end of island. Recent Flooding has brought in debris. Directions North past house to end of pavement. Turn right. Go across low water bridge. At top of hill turn left/north. All the way to end. If water is flowing over bridge do not cross us more than an inch or two covering the bridge. Watch water level rising or falling when you are in the island.2nd ACCESS between the 1st and 2nd house is a boat ramp area where water can be accessed. Best SWIMMING HOLE is within 5 miles, South 3 miles, R at junction, turn down hill past the guard rail "Trail sign". One lane road. Park at bottom at forest service rail.

Quiet family neighborhood. Farm and Ozark National Forest across the road. Faces White River. Look at water levels at calico Rock. If water is 6 ft or over Landers Island is not accessible by vehicle as water will be flowing over low water bridge limiting island access. Dirt road to the right to the north of residence. Accessible by boat any time See photo of gravel bar from north end of island And water level info. This property belongs to hosts and is available for use. Do not cross low water bridge if water is flowing over it.
