Nestled in beautiful Cherry Grove, home to one of Tripadvisor’s Top 25 U.S. beaches, this private 2BR/2BA retreat has its own entrance, off-street parking, full kitchen, laundry, and comfortable living space. The upstairs apartment is completely separate with no shared indoor areas. Enjoy a 2-minute walk to the beach or relax by our private pool, shared only with upstairs guests. Pool can be heated for $299 during cooler times.

Thoughtfully equipped with your comfort in mind, the What If Beach House Lower-Level Apartment features three Smart TVs for relaxing after a day at the beach. All beds include brand-new linens and pillows, with protective covers on every mattress and pillow for added cleanliness and peace of mind. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware, basic utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, ice maker, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. For your safety, the apartment is equipped with smart smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a smart thermostat, and a smart deadbolt. And because no beach vacation is complete without them, we’ve also provided beach towels for your stay!

It is incorrectly mapping our home down to Cherry Grove Point, which is a 10 min walk away but NOT the closest beach access. The closet beach access from our home is only a 2 MINUTE WALK just down our street and directly across North Ocean Blvd. See our Exterior photos for more details.
