Located in beautiful Cherry Grove, a Tripadvisor Top 25 US Beach, introducing What If Beach House! The home's top floor is owner occupied. The cozy, lower level guest apartment features a convenient, off-street parking space (or two compact cars can park tandem) & private entrance. With two bedrooms, two full baths, living/dining area, & kitchen with laundry, this space is perfect for couples or a small family. Walk 2 minutes to the beach or enjoy a swim in our private pool! $299 extra to heat.

The space
The What If Beach House Lower Level Apartment features three TVs which include Free Cable. All linens and pillows are included with protective covers on all mattresses and pillows. The kitchen comes equipped with basic utensils, cookware, Keurig, standard coffee maker, air flyer, toaster oven, blender, crockpot, ice maker, dinnerware, and stackable washer/dryer. For your safety and convenience, we've installed a Smart Carbon Monoxide/Smoke Detector, Thermostat, and Deadbolt. And, of course, we've provided you with some beach towels! :)

Other things to note
Ignore where Airbnb says, "10-min walk to the beach - This home is by Cherry Grove Point.". It is incorrectly mapping our home down to Cherry Grove Point, which is a 10 min walk away but NOT the closest beach access. The closet beach access from our home is only a 2 MINUTE WALK just down our street and directly across North Ocean Blvd. See our Exterior photos for more details.
