Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally located, modern 2-bedroom apartment by Westbrook Bay. It is a 5-minute walk from Margate station and the old town, perfectly located to explore all of Margate’s attractions by foot.

This is the perfect place to soak up some sea air with your family or enjoy a weekend retreat with friends.

The space
Inside the airy, two-bedroom apartment are two spacious bedrooms, both featuring a super king-size bed, blackout blinds, storage, and bedside tables with lamps for nighttime reading.

We head to the lounge – sociable open plan kitchen and living room. Light wooden floors, plants on the shelves, artwork, smart TV, and a comfy vegan leather sofa for your evening relaxation.

The modern black kitchen with Terrazzo tiles is fully equipped with all your cooking needs along with a 4 seater dining area. The amenities in the kitchen include: a dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, and a toaster.

Bathroom - The modern bathroom design is simply defined by its look. Rainshower, a wall hanging basin with storage underneath, and a steel framed glass window for natural light. There’s a separate WC. Refill toiletries and towels are provided.

Well-behaved dogs welcome.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment during their stay with its private entrance as well as free WIFI and free on street parking. You’ll be able to self check-in upon arrival. The code for the key safe will be sent to all guests a few days prior to arrival.

The house manual explains how all the appliances work and has plenty of recommendations on all of the Vintage Shops, Restaurants, Bars and Cafes in Margate.

Other things to note
This single storey apartment has a spacious hallway by the entrance door, perfect for leaving buggies, beach kits and sandy shoes. Utility room with washing machine and a heated clothes airer are found under the stairs.

Please note, there are few stairs to get down to the main entrance. Therefore, it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues or additional accessibility requirements.
