Beach is available only to guests of our condominium. It's less than 300 steps from our door to the white sand and emerald water.

Please be aware that there is currently construction happening on our condo building during the day. The inside of our unit is not affected, but the balcony is under construction and unusable. There may be noise/equipment on the premises during your stay. If this is an issue for you, please cancel your reservation within 24 hours for a complete refund.

Beach umbrellas and chairs are available to rent at the beach for a daily fee, or you can bring your own. There's also a bike rack outside if you'd like to rent or bring your own bicycles.

Guest access
Parking is included, and we'll provide you with parking passes for up to 2 vehicles for your stay.

There are a couple of delicious restaurants within walking distance, and if you take a 5-10 minute drive, you'll find plenty of other restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and even an outlet mall.

Other things to note
We are on the second floor, and there is no elevator. You will need to climb 2 flights of stairs.

There is not a closet available for guests, as we keep our supplies in there. However, there is an empty dresser in the bedroom, and you're more than welcome to keep your clothes there.

Quiet time is 10pm-8am. Please be respectful of our neighbors or you will be asked to leave.

Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 6. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave.

This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke or vape inside the condo you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increased cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

The pool is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts are NOT responsible for any injuries that result from the use of the swimming pool.

Pets are not allowed. If a pet is present there will be a $250 fine and you will be asked to leave.

Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind, including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

No late check-out or early check-in without prior approval.

Gulfview Condominiums require at least one adult 25 or older to be present during stay.
