Palazzo features a swimming pool, heated seasonally, located on the fifth level making for spectacular views. There is a hot tub located beside the pool. and a fitness center that overlooks the Gulf, access to both is included.

Palazzo has a 4-level garage that is directly under the building, so no walking over a crosswalk and then taking another elevator to your car. This is great at the end of a long day. Palazzo is known to have fast elevators, making getting to and from the beach or your car a breeze. Unlike the competition, Palazzo is a low density building consisting of only 129 direct gulf front units. You'll be able to enjoy a peaceful vacation.

Palazzo is conveniently located on the west end side of the beach closer to 30A, yet less than a mile from Pier Park. At Palazzo, you are less than 20 minutes from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP).

Palazzo guest services charges $40 per vehicle per stay for operational, convenience, and amenity-related tasks that enhance the guest experience beyond just providing a room. Including maintenance, security, amenity access, parking in the garage or open lot across, etc. The service aims to provide a hotel-like experience in a condo setting. You will pay online for parking prior to your arrival. Parking registration will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
