Welcome to your cozy coastal retreat in the Gateway to Cape Cod! Unwind on the porch, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower, or snuggle up inside for board games and movies. You are just a short walk to Swifts Beach,& minutes from Buzzards Bay, Onset, and WaterWiz park. In the evening, fire up the BBQ and relax under the romantic pergola. Strictly Allergen-Free: To protect guests with severe medical allergies, smokers, vapers, and those traveling with pets/animals must refrain from booking.

The space
As you step through the front door of this charming family-friendly cottage, you'll find yourself in a cozy living room where you can relax and unwind. The bathroom and both bedrooms are situated to the left of the living room, while the kitchen is conveniently located to the right.

Access to the fenced-in backyard is available through the kitchen door, providing a perfect space to grill up a delicious meal and enjoy some fresh air. The cottage also features two bedrooms with four comfortable beds in total, allowing for a great night's sleep after a day of exploring.

Additionally, there are five additional areas in the property exclusively for guest use, including a porch and a romantic pergola. For entertainment, there is a 65" Smart TV in the living room and another TV in one of the bedrooms. Whether you're here to enjoy the nearby Swifts Beach or explore Cape Cod, this cozy home away from home is the perfect place to experience the best of Massachusetts.

Guests will have exclusive access to all areas of the charming family-friendly cottage, including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, fenced-in backyard, porch, and pergola. There are no shared spaces, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort during your stay. The property can accommodate up to four guests with its four comfortable beds spread across two bedrooms.

The cottage also features two TVs, one in the living room and another in one of the bedrooms, providing ample entertainment options for guests.

Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or explore the nearby attractions, this cozy home away from home is the perfect place to enjoy your stay in Massachusetts.

Other things to note
The property features two TVs: one in the living room and another in one of the bedrooms. Guests have access to local TV channels, but please note that you will need to bring your own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts to access those streaming services.

Two side tables in the property have chargers built-in, including USB and plug chargers. One of the side tables is located in the Master Bedroom, while the other is in the living room/family room. These chargers can be a convenient way to keep your devices powered up during your stay.

Cottage is not toddler proof or small children proof. Interior doors are styled to have old fashion theme, and latches on those doors are unique.

There is no smoking allowed inside and outside the property, and we kindly ask our guests to respect the property and neighbors by keeping noise levels down after 10 pm.

Please do not reserve this home if you are any type of inside and outside smoker, and also please do not reserve this home if you are planning to bring any type of pets. Please help me keep this home allergen free, and I kindly ask for your acceptance on this ask.

The property is located in a quiet residential area, and large gatherings or parties are not permitted.

Linens, towels, and basic toiletries such as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper will be provided for all guests. Laundromats are nearby property, and/or laundry services can be offered by calling the company.

There is outdoor shower on the side of the house. Please rinse off sand and completely dry off before entering into the house.

Primary renter must be at least 25+ years old. If you are younger, please reach out for further discussion.
