The White Room is a light, bright modern studio with lovely views of nearby Mt Iron. Perfect for couples, business people or a small family who want to be close to all that Wanaka has to offer, be it skiing, mountain biking, lake activities, golf, hiking, cafe hopping or wine tasting. Take an easy stroll to the Mt Iron walking track (3 minutes) or into Wanaka township and lake (15-20 minutes). You have your own private entry with off-street parking and sunny courtyard.

The space
The White Room is inspired by our love of the mountains and snow. We have designed it to be modern and light but also comfortable, warm and cosy.

The large studio room with adjoining bathroom is approx 40 square metres. It includes a comfortable queen bed with bedside lamps and extra pillows, a day bed that converts to 2 single beds, plush carpeting and flat-screen TV with Google TV (Netflix, YouTube, TVNZ, and more).

The room includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee plunger (tea & coffee included), plates, glassware and cutlery. Note that it is not a full kitchen, ie, no kitchen sink, oven or hotplate so it is not suitable for cooking.

Off to the side is a dining table and chairs and a study nook with desk.

There are storage cupboards for bags or belongings. The tiled front entrance has space for boots and jackets.

The bathroom is modern and clean with tiled walls, walk-in open plan shower, toilet and sink.

The studio is well insulated and double-glazed. The heat pump/air conditioning unit keeps the room warm and cosy in winter and cool in the summer.

Generally we have a 2 night minimum but some dates are available for 1 night, or by request.

We take great care with cleaning and hygiene. All surfaces, bedding and linen is cleaned to a high standard before your arrival. We favour use of natural cleaning products where appropriate with stronger disinfectants used where needed.

Guest access
You have your own private access, off-street parking space/driveway and courtyard. The private bathroom is attached to the room.

We ask that you do not go past the driveway and courtyard areas outside.
