The Monument Farmers Market, held every Saturday morning in the summer, offers local produce, flowers, baked goods, and self-care items. Year round, the local Calvert's Market in Palmer Lake, provides all the grocery essentials and is just a mile away. Colorado Springs is a 20-minute drive south, and Denver is 50 miles north on I-25. The new Sunset Amphitheater, opening in August 2024, is just 15 minutes away.
The cottage sits on a one-acre wooded mountain property. Lindsay and her family live in the main house on the property along with her housemate and co-host Courtney. The cottage is 100 feet from the main house and features ample parking, trees, and a lawn. Privacy is a priority, so please review the outdoor pictures to understand the layout of the property better.
