Welcome to the VT Treehouse in Plymouth, VT. Nestled in a serene mountain setting, this home offers both privacy and convenience. Located just 15 minutes from two of the largest ski resorts in New England—Killington and Okemo; you’ll have easy access to world-class skiing, snowboarding, and winter activities as well as hiking, mountain biking, and exploring nature’s beauty year-round.

The space
This home offers the perfect location for winter adventures at Killington, Okemo, and Woodstock, but it’s equally appealing year-round. In the summer, you’re just minutes from state parks with scenic hiking trails, lakes, and waterfalls. Both Killington and Okemo provide thrilling summer activities like zip lines, coasters, biking trails, and gondola rides. Downtown Killington and Ludlow are just a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, breweries, and more. Plus, the charming town of Woodstock is only 30 minutes away, where you can explore unique shops, dine at local restaurants, and visit the historic Woodstock Inn.

Lower level: Private common room/bedroom with two brand new twin XL bunks. Only bottom bunks are available for use. Top bunks can be used on request, but personal linens will need to be brought by guests. Full bathroom on this level with large shower. This bathroom features a spacious sauna for six adults and jacuzzi tub for two adults. Perfect after a long day on the slopes or a full day of hiking.

Entrance level: Access to large foyer with boot bench, coat hooks, storage, ski and snowboard racks. Bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom with shower right across the hall.

Main Living level: Access point to the screened-in porch via sliding glass doors. Beautiful kitchen with eat-in island (seating for 2) and extendable dining table (seating for 8). Kitchen includes dishwasher with complimentary detergent, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, waffle maker, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, and other essentials. Paper towels and trash bags will be provided. Living room includes floor to ceiling stone wood fireplace, games, and large couch.

Upper Level: Large King bedroom with ensuite full-bathroom with shower/tub. Another bedroom across the hall with two twin beds. Room has an ensuite full bathroom with shower/tub.

Air Conditioning: The home has central AC throughout the entire home to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

This house is WiFi-enabled and internet access is complimentary. Linens and towels are provided. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included.

Please note that there is a staircase that leads down to the home from the driveway. We have photos of the type of stairs in the listing. There is no railing and the home is not handicap accessible. Guests will use a keypad to access the home. The doorbell has a security camera that faces out to the front steps. There is a floodlight for the driveway that also has a security camera. There are no security cameras inside the house or facing into the house.
