We are happy to welcome you to Vista de Palma, our 1 Bedroom-1 Bath luxury condo in the Zona Romantica- just steps away from Los Muertos Beach, Restaurants and Nightlife.
D'esire has an incredible rooftop with a large, heated infinity pool, spa, swim up bar with bartender and ample space to lounge in the sun or shade. The rooftop enjoys panoramic views of the ocean, city and mountains... spend the day relaxing by the pool and then enjoy the famous Vallarta sunsets and nightly fireworks!
The space
Condo Vista de Palma includes designer touches like custom made furniture, an upgraded Kitchen with an island and breakfast bar plus wall to wall sliding glass doors that open to the large balcony creating the ideal space for indoor-outdoor living!
The open concept Living Room-Kitchen has a comfortable sleeper sofa and a 55" Smart TV with Soundbar and Apple TV. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has natural quartz counters, full sized stainless steel appliances and a large island that works well for cooking, baking or entertaining. We love to cook and bake, so you'll find that the Kitchen has more than just the basics items you'd typically find in a vacation rental. The French Door Refrigerator also has an ice maker with purified water. This space features central air conditioning and a super quiet ceiling fan for the warmer months.
On the Balcony, you'll find a two lounge chairs with custom made cushions and a Dining Table for 4. The condo faces west towards the ocean and enjoys peak-a-boo views of the bay.
The private Bedroom is secluded at the back of the condo and it has a custom made King Sized Bed with a premium pillow top mattress and luxury cotton bedding. This room also has a 40" Smart TV, Desk, built-in drawers and ample closet space along with a secure digital safe for your valuables and documents. The Bedroom has a separately controlled mini-split air conditioner for your comfort and a super quiet ceiling fan.
The adjacent bathroom has an oversized walk-in shower with rain shower head. We have cotton towels, a hair dryer and top quality soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided to make your packing a little lighter!
There is an ensuite washer and dryer with laundry soap provided. We also have beach and pool towels for your use.
Connectivity and Entertainment
We have high speed fibre optic internet from Totalplay with 200 mb/sec download speed. To date, we have had reliable service with no down time. Wifi is also available on the rooftop and in the gym.
The Living Room TV has a streaming service with Live and Premium TV Channels from the US, Canada, UK, Australia and many more countries. We've also pre-installed Apple TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime on both TV's if you'd like to sign in and enjoy any of your own subscriptions.

D'esire is a new, luxury condominium completed in 2022. The building has a secure Lobby with a 24 hour concierge and a fully equipped and air conditioned gym on the mezzanine level. All water in the building is treated and safe to drink.
The rooftop amenity space includes a large, heated infinity edge pool, spa, swim up bar with bartender/mixologist and ample space to relax in the sun or shade. There is a dining area, couches, lounge chairs and large double sun beds. The rooftop has panoramic views of Banderas Bay, the City and Mountains and it's a great spot to enjoy during the day and then come back for the famous Vallarta Sunsets and Nightly Fireworks.
Guest access
When possible, we will greet you at the suite for check in and at check out. There is a digital lock with a unique code for each guest so we can accommodate late check-in's if needed. We may also be able to provide pre-check in or post check out luggage storage with advance notice.

We provide a full sized Blender, Drip coffee maker, Nespresso and an electric kettle. Beach/pool towels. The building has filtered water in all taps. Free, on street parking is available on a first come, first served basis

We are located in the Colonia Emiliano Zapata which is more commonly known as the Zona Romantica or Old Town. The condo is only a 5 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach and less than 10 minutes to the Pier. A further 5 minute walk down the beach will take you to the Mantamar and Sapphire Beach Clubs, Ritmos (Green Chairs) and the Blue Chairs Resort.
Just a few steps away are well known restaurants, cafe's, shopping and night life including Club Paco Paco, CC Slaughters, Industry and La Noche. We're also close to live entertainment at Incanto, Act II, Garbo's and The Palm.
Around the corner on Calle Francisco Madero, you'll find the Big Apple Gym and The Fit Club is one block further on Calle L Vallarta next to the Rio Cuale.
A few block east of the building you'll small grocery stores, a large pharmacy, taco stands and the Emiliano Zapata food market which has a great selection of fresh, local produce and other grocery items. There is also a seasonal Farmer's Market nearby in Plaza Lazaro Cardenas. Larger Supermarkets, Department stores and Costco are about a 20 minute drive from the condo- taxi's and uber's are plentiful and inexpensive.
