The space
This is the best place to escape the daily routine, or change the air to work online in a privileged and exclusive place, full of nature, peace and tranquility.
With a maximum capacity for 7 people, this is a fully equipped country villa, located in the heart of Balvanera Polo and Country Club, surrounded by nature and ideal for relaxing from everyday stress. The club and subdivision are about 15 minutes from the city center (free highway to Celaya) and have controlled access and private security 24 hrs.
You have access to the golf club, equestrian club and tennis courts (managed by third parties and subject to availability).
The villa has 2 bedrooms, both with private bathroom, and tub in the master bathroom. In one of them there is a king size bed, travel cot and living room. In the other there are 2 queen size beds and in the living room there is a single sofa bed. Both bedrooms have large closets. We have heating and fireplace (you must bring your own firewood), and fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and juicer. It also has a kitchen battery and utensils, as well as dishes, shovels and other cooking basics, cutlery and glasses. And we leave you sugar, soluble and bean coffee, salt and pepper, napkins and water to drink.
The terrace is covered and super bright; it has a table and chairs for 6 people, grill, and has an unbeatable view of the garden and pool.
The pool and palapa are in the common area in front of the villa (please check the house rules for the use of the common areas) and there are jugging trails throughout the hamlet (including the golf course) for walking, running or cycling, where you can find everything from a squirrel to horses, sheep, rabbits or tlacuaches.
There is also in the Fraccionamiento, children's games and living areas, and stables that you can visit, all surrounded by trees and views.
In addition, at the entrance to the subdivision there is a convenience store, La Rambla, and a restaurant at the Villa Mexicana hotel and the Golf Club, and 5 minutes away you will find a couple of shopping centers with supermarkets such as Walmart, La Comer, Soriana, and various shops and amenities, in addition to other services such as banks or pharmacies. Corner Shop, Rappy, Uber, Uber eats arrive (you need to let us know at least half an hour in advance so we can allow them access).
In the villa we leave anti-mosquito plaques available for you, as well as we spray frequently, but we recommend that you warn yourself against the inevitable presence of insects typical of a place surrounded by countryside and nature.
IMPORTANT: We are committed to Airbnb's special cleaning protocol. The condominium management may apply some restrictions on the use of the common areas such as the need to book the palapa, schedules, etc. Please review the house rules section for more information and ask us if you have questions before booking.

Guest access
Due to the current contingency, the availability and some rules of the villa's services and subdivision have changed and for the security of the subdivision it is essential to present a government ID when entering and sending us a photo of the guest ID and vehicle data in order to authorize your access to the subdivision.
In the villa we can offer you an additional daily cleaning service, or per day during your stay and also laundry. Please ask us for details and costs.
The common area of the villa has a time from 9 am-7 pm We have:

- Palapa with bar and table for 6 people (with prior reservation only, maximum 2 hrs.)
- Garden (more than 8 thousand square meters)

Other things to note
The location in which we are allows us to use the northwestern libramiento to reach the subdivision from Mexico or San Luis Potosí, and the entrance from Celaya, without going through the city. The same tracks allow you to be out of town in any direction in about 20 minutes or half an hour maximum.
