Welcoming, quiet and bright 130m2 villa with large garden, terraces and 6 beds, surrounded by greenery, not far from the sea and the centre. It is 1 km from Ischia Ponte, 1.4 km from Piazza degli Eroi, 700 meters from Cartaromana beach, 450 meters from the small beach of Sant'Anna. With this accommodation you will be close to everything. Access to the car park with electric gate. Just go out for a walk and find yourself in front of the Aragonese castle, the most important monument on the island.

The space
The property consists of an entrance hall, large living room with sofa and TV, dining room with extendable wooden table, kitchen (with oven, coffee machine, fridge, electric kettle and microwave), a larger bathroom (with bidet, shower and hairdryer) and a smaller one with only toilet and sink which also serves as a laundry room (with washing machine), two double bedrooms with the possibility of adding a cot, a double bedroom. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and mosquito nets present. Possibility to have lunch or dinner outdoors. In the garden there is a 4x2 m above ground swimming pool with sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrella, to guarantee greater comfort during your stay. All you need to do is go outside for a walk and you will find the most important monument on the island in front of you in all its beauty: the Aragonese castle, connected by a 220 m long brick bridge to the village of Ischia Ponte. Ideal accommodation for couples, but also for families with children. If necessary, it is possible to provide a camping cot and a high chair. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.
