The space
3 Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, Garage, and just under 2000 sq. ft. of living area. Cool off on the screened lanai with an in-ground heated Pool, Jacuzzi and outdoor shower, along with and summer kitchen with gas BBQ grill. Great views on the 185ft wide Cinderella Canal right from the backyard. Lots of natural light shines through the dual glass sliders that lead into the living room and dining area, with natural light beaming off the beautiful porcelain tile flooring spread across all rooms throughout the home. The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, elegant kitchen cabinets and is fully equipped, and a large waterfall island with extra seating, all overlooking the dining and living area. The master bedroom has a separate sliding door leading to the pool, double sinks, a large bathtub, along with a spacious shower with a creative layout.
The special feature of Cape Coral is the unique map with countless canals. Already in the 1950s, visionaries had the idea of crossing the southern tip of the peninsula on the Cape Coral. So, a total of 400 miles of canals came together, so it is also a saying about Cape Coral, Venice of America - an absolute vacation!
