VillaAnas Balaia is a beautiful villa fully renovated in 2022, all on the ground floor. It has 4 bedrooms (3 en suite) and a 4th bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning.

Upon entering the home you are greeted by a spacious and bright open concept living/dining area with fully equipped open plan kitchen including a wine bar. In the large 800m2 garden you can relax in the sun with a drink at the friendly bar next to the private pool, next to the dining and barbecue area.

An authentic country house where tranquility reigns without, however, being far from the beaches or Albufeira with lots of shops and restaurants.

The house is beautifully located in a quiet condominium, where you can find a children's playground, 6 tennis courts and a practical mini-market.

Santa Eulália beach, just a 15-minute walk away, is the closest beach and you can practice various water sports.

The nearest town, Albufeira, is 1.5 km away and the marinas of Vilamoura and Albufeira, as well as several golf courses, are very close.

Faro Airport is located 33 km away.
