Completely satisfied. Good, large apartment with terrace, beautiful views and the location is optimal. Beach, promenade, restaurants, shopping facilities, etc. within walking distance. Would recommend the place.

Very cozy home, with nice view from the balcony (the flowers were in bloom, that added to the experience). The outside of the building did not correspond with the cozy inside. 5 minute walk from the lovely beach, 10 minute walk to the supermarket.

Francisca's villa has everything you could possibly need. Its in a beautiful and central location. We hired a car so we could visit Lagos, Sagres and Bergau (which were less then 30mins drive) but if you wanted to stay out you would be very happy here, with a beautiful beach on your doorstep and a great selection of restaurants and bars within minutes to be all to. Francisca gave great recommendations as to which to try. She was a responsive and helpful host. We will be back! Thank you souvh Francisca x

The villa was beautiful, clean and as advertised. João was very responsive and friendly. Our Google maps directions were wrong and did not take us to the villa so he came to get us. João was a great host and the villa was perfect for a long relaxing weekend!

We were 3 couples and the house as well as the location were perfect for us. We loved walking along the promenade at the Praia da Luz and swimming at the guarded beach. We always had a view of the sea - either from a restaurant on the promenade or from the house. Also many thanks to both the host Susan and to Libby from the house keeping company who made our stay simply wonderful.

Magnificent Manifesting! We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. Outside area was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained. Lovely outside cooking and dining area which we used a lot and the sea is much closer than appears in the pictures. Kitchen was well equipped and the local shops are an easy and beautiful walk to pick up any additional extras. Close to lovely restaurants and bars filled with friendly people and staff. Luz is a wonderful location to explore the Algarve however a week is not enough as there is much to see and do 😉. Just a note that the access to the pool area would not be conducive to someone with mobility issues but is beautiful. Something that everyone really appreciated was the very positive water pressure 😂 seems like a small thing however weirdly it matters. I would not hesitate to stay again or recommend this villa to friends and family. Ideally located, with charm and character in a beautiful location, sea breezes and with a fab host 🙏

My husband and I had a very comfortable five night stay at Pedro’s place. The unit was cozy, spacious, and well equipped. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine, water, and oranges. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the terrace with a view of the sea. Though there was also a lovely shared pool, we didn’t make use of it. A highlight for us was the spectacular nearby coastal walking path, and the small local beach. It was handy to have a rented car to explore the area and to buy groceries. We did a day trip to Tavira and drove to nearby Carvoeiro for dinner a couple of times. I would definitely recommend Pedro’s place.

What a gem! The 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beaches with cliffs was spectacular. Walking and hiking trails galore. We were blown away by the beauty. Paula was responsive and kind. Perfect mid point location in the Algarve. We drove west to Lagos (kayaked the caves there) and Sagres, then drove east to Tavira with stops along the way in Quarteira and Vilamoura. You will not be disappointed. If I could it 10 stars I would.

A beautiful and modern house. Very comfortable seating inside and outside. Lovely pool. Beds are very comfortable with huge bathrooms. Close to beaches and supermarkets nearby. Would love to come back

A fabulous stay, Helena was so helpful, fast to respond & helped with our transfer. First visit to Portugal! Villa easy to access, we didn't have a car but short walk with cases. Super clean, great instructions. Every thing you need & very comfortable. Bonus aircon & lovely veranda. Staff at bar on resort super friendly & food drink tasty & welll priced. Lovely pool. Villa near pool/opposite mini park for small children if you have! Few minutes walk to some restuarants & easy to get to others by uber. This worked well, was cheap & cheaper than car rental. Raphael beach a walk of 15 minutes, lovely but a walk up hill on way back, if you have stuff to take or fitness/body issues uber/car advised! Also other beaches great! Boat trips a must & safari jeep into mountains to understand area better! Marina lovely & old town but more commercial, still nice but if you want quaint stay out of centre. Supermarkets fab, great choices & amazing quality. Would return in a heartbeat! ! Thx you!

Had a perfect stay for a full month in December - can only highly recommend it. Luz is a lovely little town, with beautiful weather, light and bars/cafes/restos even in winter. The apartment is a perfect base and beautifully equipped with everything one could need. Kate is a formidable host with great recommendations that go beyond the usual. WiFi is fast and steady, so it also works for remote working. Would love to come back.

There were six of us and every one of us was very happy with the villa from the beginning. The villa is much larger than in the pictures and gives everyone enough space to enjoy their vacation. The saltwater pool and outdoor area are the highlight. On too windy days on the beach, you always have a plan B to still lie in the sun. In addition, the converted garage with ping pong table etc. is just great and almost gives you the feeling of not wanting out of the house, as you just have everything you need.

It was like a home away from home. Would have loved to stay.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Phillip and Isabelle’s place. We were welcomed with a kind note as well as a local bottle of wine! The small town of Luz is adorable and very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home. Their guide/instructions were very clear and easy to follow with some local recommendations. The space was more than adequate for my wife and I and would be perfect for 2 couples or a small family. The views are stunning with gorgeous sunrises every morning over the ocean. Unfortunately the pool never heated for us, but they did try to troubleshoot it multiple times. Despite that issue I still highly recommend staying at this property if you’re looking for an accessible, clean and quiet vacation home while still being close to many other areas within a short drive. Thanks for hosting us and we hope to return again in the future!

We have just returned after an amazing week. A family holiday with small kids and grandparents. The house is perfect, the location is 20 steps to the most perfect beach, the house is comfortable and we wanted for nothing. Pool was such a treat. Ice cream kiosk right outside back door !! (Kids loved) .. town is lovely for a relaxed family holiday.. memories made for life. Owners so helpful , communication perfect and so helpful highly recommend we will definitely be back . A hidden oasis with amazing views from every window .. only problem is we didn’t want to leave

We never met João, but the property manager Magdalena was so lovely and helpful. She was truly amazing and a huge part of our positive experience She also works at the restaurant inside the gated community. She is a very valuable contact. The location is as good as it gets. The house is very updated and has a great layout. 2 rooms are in the front and 2 rooms are in the back. Perfect for 2 families with kids. Awesome upstairs deck, plus a patio/side yard. The only thing we were not impressed with were the mattresses. They seemed stiff and bouncy. But that’s a personal opinion, and does not mean every guest will feel the same way. We went on a guided tour to the famous Benagil cave, and I must say, the beach in front of this property is almost the same experience, but without the inevitable crowds and regulations that are now imposed at Benagil. Just get a kayak and you will be amazed without having to drive anywhere. Awesome place. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful house in an idyllic location. The views of the beach and dunes are stunning. Felipe, the host, went above and beyond to help us. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this house for a peaceful holiday.

It was nice house with pool whis is good for children and adult. The beach is close to this house. Everything was good. Only one thing: There could be some basic spice in the kitchen (salt, pepper...), but in isnt problem to buy own in near shop.

The property is amazing, the pictures and description doesn't do the place justice. It was better to what we were expecting. The place was fully equipped with everything you needed. There was a balcony at the bedrooms the kicthen and the living room which was such an amazing feature. The shared pool was clean and deep was so good and quiet such a relaxing area to be in. There was a smart t.v where you can cast your phone apps too and there was netflix already on the t.v felt right at home and the place was so cosy and spacious 10/10 would 100% recommend !

We've just had a week at this lovely cottage. We can't recommend this place enough if you want to get away from everything. It's very peaceful, south facing with stunning views over the nature reserve and fields. It is easy to find and it's not too far from local restaurants, shops and sight seeing in the area. The road isn't that far away but it is still very quiet and doesn't disturb you at all. One recommendation would be some of the mosquito bands and spray for the evening. The space itself is lovely and has everything you need. It was also spotlessly clean. Rosa had left things like washing up liquid, toiletries, water, a bottle of wine, tea towels etc. A few essentials that you don't always get in an Airbnb. The bed was extremely comfortable and is a king size. Rosa is the perfect host and was brilliant at keeping in touch, sending directions and also recommendations for the area. She was there is we needed but didn't intrude on our stay. We hope to visit again in the future.

Had a truly wonderful few nights at Tania's beautiful place. It was so beautiful enjoying the kitchen or relaxing in bed and being able to take in the view. Located at the end of a pedestrian path, it offers surprising privacy. Only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Ti Raul is a great place to rent surfboards and enjoy a sundowner. A one of a kind experience.

Marc was a truly warm and friendly host! He was immensely helpful and full of great recommendations. The house is a groovy 70s gem with the most incredible view, the weather was mixed and the sea was a myriad of different moods and colours for every weather. The are uninterrupted ocean views and is surrounded by beautiful daisies and coastal shrubs, and the patio area is protected from the wind which made it a special place to sit and watch the swallows and changing ocean colours. You can walk to a gorgeous sandy beach in a few minutes and also the town of Sagres, which has several great restaurants and cafes for coffees, cocktails, and snacks and loads of surf schools. The house inside has everything you need for your stay and more, incuding board games and a smart TV, with a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. HIghly recommend staying here 💫
