9 Provinces Estate is a collection of unique spaces within the original "Walawwa" [Mannor House] The villa impresses with 8m ceilings in the yoga and event space, ponds and chill out zones. An ideal setting for friends and family get togethers the main zones are complimented by nooks that allow privacy.
The Estate's cinnamon plantation, surounding paddies and tea covered hills border the tropical vibrantly coloured gardens with monkeys, peacocks team with birdlife.

A sensational refurbished Manor home has been cleverly and artistically restored to create a sophisticated architectural gem.
Enjoy a unique experience within this creative home. Thoughtful interior design with a wow factor creates the perfect backdrop for your stay. Flooded with natural light, architectural cross-flow ventilation and tucked into spectacular tropical gardens the Estate has its own working cinnamon plantation.
Twin kitchens services multiple dining areas and Cafe offers fresh espresso coffee.

There are so many incredible spaces to relax beneath ceiling fans in well lit areas created by the artistic interior designer with a minimalistic flair.
The expansive space provides a variety of places to sit and enjoy meals with friends, family or colleagues.
The spectacular yoga and event space overlooks the 18 metre terrazzo swimming pool and we can accommodate 18 people in 9 King size beds

Other things to note
The 9Provinces Estate villa is available in its entirety. We dont include cleaning or cooking staff and our in house chef is included for breakfast ONLY. We can provide a private chef for lunch and dinner at a daily rate during your stay. Groceries and alcohol can be pre purchased and delivered to the villa prior to your arrival at your cost.

After relocating to Sri Lanka from our home town (Sydney AUSTRALIA) My partner and I have renovated our shack into a luxurious guest villa so that you may enjoy every minute you spend in Pilana, Galle. Not only can you experience rural Sri Lankan life but take some time out to relax and surround yourself with our Sri Lanka.. The Southern Province. Pilana is ideally located within a few short minutes to all that Galle has to offer, tea and cinnamon plantations, restaurants, shopping in Galle Fort and of course our magnificent beaches of Unawatuna, Thalpe and Habaraduwa. We travel extensively and share our lives with our 3 rescue pups, our other love. Our hidden gems are everyday essentials to our quality of life. Our local Yoga studio, amazing beachside cafes, beaches and temples. The cultural heart of our city Galle Fort beats for you. Don't just do the guided tour, book tickets to a guided walking tour of Galle Fort. Rather than go to the tourist hotspots get along to one of Galle’s great venues to enjoy great food and live music. Enjoy the gardens of Geoffrey Bawa Lunaganga whether a day out or an evening education session or music performance in the gardens. Don't over do it and forget the beaches, the jungles of - whale watching - walks all along the coast. Stop in on at the Fish Markets and cook your own seafood basket Our travels on 7 continents guide our guests 'needs' We think we have discovered what people want: to be given an affordable, contemporary, designer home which they can enjoy with undisturbed comfort.
