9 Provinces Estate is a collection of unique spaces within the original "Walawwa" [Mannor House] The villa impresses with 8m ceilings in the yoga and event space, ponds and chill out zones. An ideal setting for friends and family get togethers the main zones are complimented by nooks that allow privacy.
The Estate's cinnamon plantation, surounding paddies and tea covered hills border the tropical vibrantly coloured gardens with monkeys, peacocks team with birdlife.

A sensational refurbished Manor home has been cleverly and artistically restored to create a sophisticated architectural gem.
Enjoy a unique experience within this creative home. Thoughtful interior design with a wow factor creates the perfect backdrop for your stay. Flooded with natural light, architectural cross-flow ventilation and tucked into spectacular tropical gardens the Estate has its own working cinnamon plantation.
Twin kitchens services multiple dining areas and Cafe offers fresh espresso coffee.

There are so many incredible spaces to relax beneath ceiling fans in well lit areas created by the artistic interior designer with a minimalistic flair.
The expansive space provides a variety of places to sit and enjoy meals with friends, family or colleagues.
The spectacular yoga and event space overlooks the 18 metre terrazzo swimming pool and we can accommodate 18 people in 9 King size beds

The 9Provinces Estate villa is available in its entirety. We dont include cleaning or cooking staff and our in house chef is included for an extra cost. Groceries and alcohol can be pre purchased and delivered to the villa prior to your arrival at your cost.
Kids
The villa is primarily suited to adults, but we are happy to host well behaved kids.
We have 9 king size beds.
If your kids are active and need supervision, this may not be a fit for your family.
We will discuss with you your needs and expectations and host on a case by case basis.

Not only can you experience rural Sri Lankan life but take some time out to relax and surround yourself with our now home Sri Lanka.. The Southern Province.
