Villa Nitho - Enjoyment in a private atmosphere with its own heated pool and panoramic views over Playa Blanca for up to 6 people in a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a large property. In our villa there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available for up to 6 people.
Room 1 with direct pool access, has a queen-size double bed (150 x 200), built-in wardrobe, dresser, 40-inch satellite smart TV, LAN Internet + fast Wi-Fi, en-suite bathroom with floor-level, large shower, vanity, toilet and bidet.
Room 2 has a king-size double bed (160 x 200), built-in wardrobe, dresser and 40-inch satellite smart TV, LAN Internet + fast Wi-Fi, separate bathroom with vanity, shower, toilet.
The large room 3 has a full-size double bed (180 x 200), mirror cabinet, 50-inch satellite smart TV, LAN Internet + fast Wi-Fi, dresser and separate seating. The en-suite bathroom has a washbasin, bathtub, toilet and bidet.
The large living room has a dining area with a dining table for 6 people, a large L-shaped sofa, 55-inch smart satellite TV, LAN Internet and fast Wi-Fi. Internet LAN cable connections are installed in all rooms.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen appliances (4-plate glass ceramic, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and separate kitchen appliances such as filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, has its own exit to the sun terrace.
