* This home is equipped with speedy wi-fi and smart tv's. We do NOT have cable TV or local channels.
* Baths are stocked with paraben and sulfate-free, all-natural body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
* We have several baby items (travel size pack-n-play dimensions 20"x29", high chair, plastic plates/bowls/cups), but this home is not child-proofed or baby proof.
*Parking for 4 cars is the max allowed per county. No parking on street or in yard.
* Pets and Emotional Support Animals are NOT permitted. No exceptions.
* We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance, as we do not offer refunds for inclement weather and adhere strictly to our cancellation policy. This ensures your peace of mind and protects your travel investment in unforeseen circumstances. By booking a reservation, you agree to the cancellation policy.

***Important Pool Safety Information***

The backyard is fully fenced but there is no pool fence around the swimming pool itself. The sliding door and back doors that open to the backyard/pool area do have door alarms which guests can turn on, but for the safety of your children and others, please ensure that they are supervised at all times while in or near the pool.

By using the pool, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the safety and supervision of your children and any other individuals in your party. The property owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur in or around the pool area. Use of the pool is at your own risk.

You will have access to the entire home and property.

There is a dedicated 220v plug located near the driveway, on the East side of the home, to plug in an EV charger. The plug is approximately 30' from the driveway. We do not provide any charging cords or adapters.

Other things to note
*Some items in pictures (i.e. flowers, food, beverages) are for staging purposes only. Also, there are a few pieces of furniture that are different than the photos, due to being damaged/broken by guests, which required replacement.

Digital Keypad Front Door: You will be provided an entry code on check-in day, once the house is ready.

You can't beat the location with beach access at the end of the street, and downtown St. Augustine 10 minutes away.
* Tucked into a quaint seaside neighborhood between the sands of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway.
* Neighborhood is laid-back and exudes good vibes from sunrise to sunset.
* 10 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine, FL
* 5 minute walk to the beach
* 5 minute walk to the waterfront, neighborhood restaurant and bar (Cap's), which we highly recommend!...Our faves are the Tuna Tartare and ordering drinks on the pier, while watching boats pass by under the tiki hut.
* Also a short walk to the Reef Oceanfront Restaurant. (*We like to walk to the beach, then walk down the beach - entering the Reef property from the sand. They have a garden hose you can rinse your feet off with, and slip your sandals back on.)
*Aunt Kate's is also a super quick drive over a few streets and a great spot to grab lunch (Don't expect anyone to be in a hurry here!) Fishermen often clean their catch at the bait shop and the boat ramp usually has something going on.
* Gas station 5 minutes down A1A and the Vilano Town Center just past that; with Publix grocery store, liquor store, pizza joints, restaurants, etc.
*Or head North to check out Guana Estuary, Dam and Park; or keep heading up to Ponte Vedra Beach and Jacksonville Beach...it's a beautiful drive up and down A1A!
*Please drive carefully through our neighborhood, as there are usually kids, dogs and other folks out and about riding bikes, or on walks.

There's such an emerging scene, yet it's mixed with a true Old Florida Flavor that makes us feel right at home. Vilano Beach is our favorite place around! It's a throwback to a simpler time, where you'll likely find us outside soaking up the sun, fishing, surfing, cooking or riding bikes.
