The space
This brand new custom, saltwater pool & spa home was designed & built by the hosts/owners and completed in Sept 2023. Featured in Good Housekeeping Magazine, the design is luxe, yet comfortable and cozy. The backyard pool area is a relaxed escape with lush landscaping, two covered lounge areas and finished with unique custom handmade tiles, tongue and groove ceilings, and synthetic turf.
You'll be immersed in a saltwater paradise, with both the Ocean and the Intracoastal on each end of the street. Enjoy a sunrise walk to the beach, explore historic downtown St. Augustine, then walk to Cap's Restaurant for sunset dinner on the water.

We designed and built this home with thoughtfulness and care. It's our happy place- please treat it like your own. Disrespecting the property or neighbors will NOT be tolerated.
NOTE: Airbnb algorithm has categorized our home as "Countryside" and while we love our quaint beach town, it doesn't really fit the "Countryside" category. We're working on getting them to change this.

LUXE COASTAL INTERIOR:
* The open-layout living, dining, and kitchen areas are spacious, yet inviting. Ample windows lend to the light, bright, and coastal design.
ALSO ON 1ST FLOOR: Laundry Rm, Half Bath, and King Bed Suite #1. This suite has its own attached large bath complete with double vanity sinks and a big walk-in shower. It also has a private door that leads out to the covered lanai area, providing easy access to the pool.
TROPICAL POOL/SPA & EXTERIOR OASIS:
* The lush tropical backyard is a highlight many guests rave about! Grab a cold beverage from the outdoor fridge, jump in the pool or relax in the shade under the lanai or vaulted cabana.
* An on-demand gas-fired spa/hot tub heater reaches desired temp within minutes. You will be provided a tablet that controls the spa heater functions. This tablet is not for any other use during your stay. The spa/hot tub seats 5-6 adults comfortably...it's amazing :) (*Note: Only the Spa is heated. The pool is not heated.)
* We have an outdoor shower in the back and a garden hose up front to rinse the sand off as well as plenty of hooks to hang towels and swimsuits on.
* Relax in the rockers on the 30' wide low-country style front porch and soak up the local neighborhood beach vibes.
2ND FLOOR:
* King Bed Suite #2 with luxurious, private attached bath w/ double vanity sinks and oversized walk-in shower with dual shower heads and control levers.
* 2 private Queen bedrooms
* Spacious hall bath (shared by the 2 queen rooms) with dual vanity sinks and a standard sized tub/shower + linen closet

-Four Adult Bicycles (They're a little rusty due to outside elements.)

*Please be sure to rinse off all toys after use! The saltwater will quickly destroy anything it touches.
OTHER NOTEWORTHY DETAILS:
* This home is equipped with speedy wi-fi and smart tv's. We do NOT have cable TV or local channels.
* Baths are stocked with paraben and sulfate-free, all-natural body wash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
* We have several baby items (travel size pack-n-play dimensions 20"x29", high chair, plastic plates/bowls/cups), but this home is not child-proofed or baby proof.
*Parking for 4 cars is the max allowed per county. No parking on street or in yard.
* Pets and Emotional Support Animals are NOT permitted. No exceptions.
* We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance, as we do not offer refunds for inclement weather and adhere strictly to our cancellation policy. You will have access to the entire home and property.
There is a dedicated 220v plug located near the driveway, on the East side of the home, to plug in an EV charger. The plug is approximately 30' from the driveway. We do not provide any charging cords or adapters.
Other things to note
*Some items in pictures (i.e. flowers, food, beverages) are for staging purposes only. Also, there are a few pieces of furniture that are different than the photos, due to being damaged/broken by guests, which required replacement.
Digital Keypad Front Door: You will be provided an entry code on check-in day, once the house is ready.
