Guest access
Includes access to clubhouse, main pool, sun loungers, gym, restaurant (except Tuesday), paddle and tennis courts, children's games and palapa with barbecues (free of charge, with reservation). Snack bar available Friday to Monday.

The condo beach club is currently unavailable. However, access to the Mayan Regency Golf pools and Grand Mayan beach is possible with an optional $500 per adult pass for the entire stay, which includes $250 in consumption.
Children 6–12 years: $250 | Children under 5 years: free.

The pass is paid directly at the hotel. To manage it, we require the names of the guests prior to arrival.

Other things to note
Check-in before 3:00 PM depends on availability and has an additional cost of $150 for each hour we go over the arrival time. Please check 24 hours before your arrival.

Check-out after 11:00 depends on availability and has an additional cost of $150 for each hour we delay the check-out. Please check on the day of your departure.

If you need help with cleaning, we can arrange for a person who charges $450 per day.
