great place, great host. very easy to work with👌

I stayed at casa chilli for a month and enjoyed my time here so much! The location is a block away from everything, including the beach. The pictures really don't do it justice here. The pool is refreshing and the garden is lush and beautiful. My dog was welcome here and she loved roaming the garden and taking short walks to the beach every day. Annie was very responsive from beginning to end, helping me with everything - even connecting me with the locals for some unusual requests I had. Lupita was incredible, coming twice a week to clean and she left it spotless every time. She was really patient with me, letting me practice my spanish without laughing at how bad I am! When the hurricane came through and I couldn't go anywhere, she offered to have me make a list and she went to the store for me. It was way above and beyond. I would absolutely stay here again!

It has been a wonderful stay, the view is incredibly beautiful, you have everything at hand. I can say it was more than I expected The only thing I don't like was the elevator , but its state is understandable after so many things that have happened in Acapulco. I highly recommend them, they won't regret it

Excellent place and good location

We loved this place. we used the gym, the pool, boxing ring. The view was incredible. we were lucky because we got to see a firework show close by from up there. The place was extremely secure. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked some food. There was a Walmart conveniently located accross the strret from our building. I would definitely stay here again!!

The apartment was very clean, it is easy to access, and Mrs. Gema is very kind, she left us fresh water in the cold when she gave us the apartment. Fernando was always on the lookout from a day before, he's very friendly and helpful. The pool is super clean, the only bad thing is that it is not roofed and the sun hits it hard. The beach club is a little far away, 5-10 min by car from the apartment but it's worth it because it's nice and clean, the pools have several levels of depth to be enjoyed by children and adults. They have showers exposed and also in the bathrooms, it is quite comfortable, although the food is not very good and the price is high, that is not Fer's fault.

Very good place to hang out with the family, our stay was three days and we found it amazing. The pool was almost for us alone and the janitors were very friendly when needed.

I had to be for the urgency thanks to the fact that he was attentive I was able to enter in minutes and always communicated in order to be able to be aware even offered us support great human

Very nice Airbnb with a very nice view of Taxco and very well located. Gaby and Mr. Edmundo are very friendly and looked after us very well. Hope to comeback soon ☺️

Outstanding service

Excellent accommodation! It totally matches the description, very nice apartment complex, clean pools and everything very organized, I know the hurricane is recent but Jaime's apartment and the residential complex has struggled to leave everything spotless, we will definitely be back soon! Visit Acapulco!

It's a bit far from the shops, it's a good idea to get there by car. The place is very quiet, excellent to rest. The photos and description match. The apartment is very comfortable, everything is very clean and working. I had no problem with my stay. José Luis was always attentive since the stay was confirmed, until departure. Always very friendly and responds quickly to all questions. I love the terrace with the hammock and the place to hang my clothes. Highly recommend the place, I would definitely rent the apartment again.

The depa complies with everything that is advertised, it is super nice and clean :) Apart from having many amenities such as kitchen instruments, washing machine and some cleaning products. The place super quiet and private, washing machine vdd is that we really enjoyed the terrace and the pool. I highly recommend it!

Alberto was always on the lookout for our stay, very kind; the apartment is very nice, it matches the photos , the only bad thing was the internet, it did not reach the entire apartment and in one of the corridors water came from the tile; the staff of the condominium was very friendly. I would definitely come back, thank you so much Alberto!!

Very kind, attentive excellent service

The place is incredible and right by the beach with breathtaking views. Dulce and her team were always available to help, and we were able to hire her cook Rosy to prepare flavorful local favorites. We look forward to coming back!

Good things: The place is excellent, the kitchen is good and everything is very comfortable, it is as shown in the photos, clean and easy to get to, the staff is friendly and attentive, Juan's attention was also very good and the location is good because it is close to the hotel area. Things to improve: The jacuzzi however the water was very treated and despite that it was a little dirty, it did not work and the water was cold.

Everything is described, comfortable, clean, safe and pleasant! I would go back to the place without any hesitation.

Miguel was very friendly and the house is on a nice area , the zone is nice and the security is really effective.
