Modern 2300 sq ft designer home with hot outdoor shower, patio, firepit, bbq grill, hammock, roof deck, bikes, surf/boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and towels for relaxing at the beach together.

The house is a 250-yard walk to a pristine private beach for guests and near beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, parks and nature trails.
