Beachfront vacation rentals in Indian River County

From the moment I drove in the driveway, I knew this would be an exceptional experience. I was not disappointed, as the host(s) were so solicitous of everything to do with my stay. Helen was always aware of what I might need, though everything was supplied, and the welcome instructions were very clear and complete. I had my dog with me, and Helen offered several times to keep Nellie if I was was going to be gone long. The home was gorgeous, and my “apartment” was like a home away from home. Helen is my new friend, and I’d return in a heartbeat.

Our new favorite spot in Florida! Will definitely be coming back and telling friends about it :) Everything was so clean! The sheets, the kitchen… it was very comfortable. We cooked dinner every night and the kitchen had everything we needed, appliances and cookware. The backyard was private and beautiful, perfect for having breakfast. Lots of plants and there is a fire-pit with wood :) The short walk to the beach was my favorite, you go through this street filled with fruits trees, tons of orchids and the sounds of nature… just like a forest in Costa Rica haha There are some good local restaurants and the recommendations from the host in the folder at the house were 10/10 Rick and Tammy were super friendly, welcoming and their cozy place is a hidden gem for a vacation in FL Also, super dog friendly beach and house, the private yard is enclosed so the dogs can explore freely! Last, the sunrise by the beach is remarkable 🌞

Meagan was an outstanding host. She was very responsive and really cared that we had a great time at her beautiful place. We stayed as a family of four and there was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The location cannot be beat - you are steps from a gorgeous secluded beach with so much wildlife around. We got to witness a new sea turtle nest being discovered and staked out for protection. We did not stay with our dog this time but will return with her so that she can enjoy the beach as much as we did. Thank you Meagan!

Lauren was a great hostess. The house is close to a private beach, which is awesome. We felt at home.

Great deal for the location! The place was clean and convenient to a few great beach access points in Vero Beach. Kitchen had everything you needed and the living room was spacious. Martin was very accommodating and even dropped off a cooler when I asked him if there was one. The beach gear was limited, so I suggest you bring your own chairs and umbrella if you go to the beach. Overall a great stay!

We had an excellent stay in Vero beach for Thanksgiving. We have been going to Vero for 30 years now and never disappointed. It was awesome to finally find a simple and homey place to stay in the village. The beach was a 2 min walk, as well as having access to all the local shops and restaurants. We only used the car when we had to go over the bridge for errands or things during our stay (which was rare). Otherwise everything was right where we needed it. The place was quiet, clean, simple, and very modern- you could tell it was recently renovated. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to make all our meals. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom too! We would 100% stay again our next trip.

The condo was perfectly situated and very comfortable. The resort has wonderful facilities and is very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was the second year we've stayed at David's condo and it was just as great as the first. We did come across an AC issue during our stay, but David was quick at trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately was out of his hands and a problem for the building manager. Regardless, it was bearable with a fan that we purchased to keep it cool enough in the living room. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10 steps to the pool and a few more right to the beach. Thanks David for another great vacation!

Hidden Gem! Stones throw to shops and easy walk to the beach! I got to watch the sunrise at the beach every morning since it was so close! Very quiet and Noel was a superstar in responding to my late night arrival texts! Don’t miss out and get this when u see it because it won’t last long!

Very comfortable home, quiet location and close to the beach- Julie was a great host- communicative and extremely attentive. Well equipped home with just about everything you would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Vero.
