Beachfront vacation rentals in Indian River County

From the moment I drove in the driveway, I knew this would be an exceptional experience. I was not disappointed, as the host(s) were so solicitous of everything to do with my stay. Helen was always aware of what I might need, though everything was supplied, and the welcome instructions were very clear and complete. I had my dog with me, and Helen offered several times to keep Nellie if I was was going to be gone long. The home was gorgeous, and my “apartment” was like a home away from home. Helen is my new friend, and I’d return in a heartbeat.

Our new favorite spot in Florida! Will definitely be coming back and telling friends about it :) Everything was so clean! The sheets, the kitchen… it was very comfortable. We cooked dinner every night and the kitchen had everything we needed, appliances and cookware. The backyard was private and beautiful, perfect for having breakfast. Lots of plants and there is a fire-pit with wood :) The short walk to the beach was my favorite, you go through this street filled with fruits trees, tons of orchids and the sounds of nature… just like a forest in Costa Rica haha There are some good local restaurants and the recommendations from the host in the folder at the house were 10/10 Rick and Tammy were super friendly, welcoming and their cozy place is a hidden gem for a vacation in FL Also, super dog friendly beach and house, the private yard is enclosed so the dogs can explore freely! Last, the sunrise by the beach is remarkable 🌞

Meagan was an outstanding host. She was very responsive and really cared that we had a great time at her beautiful place. We stayed as a family of four and there was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The location cannot be beat - you are steps from a gorgeous secluded beach with so much wildlife around. We got to witness a new sea turtle nest being discovered and staked out for protection. We did not stay with our dog this time but will return with her so that she can enjoy the beach as much as we did. Thank you Meagan!

We really liked the setup and location of this house- great fit 2 -4 people and pup: , lovely screened in private backyard, big bar in kitchen was great cooking/ eating space, laundry. Neighborhood very walkable. Close to several state parks and also wildlife refuge. As an fyi for those with pets, none of the local beaches allow dogs:( i should’ve looked into this before i got there, but had really never been anywhere where that was the case for every beach. Not sure how strictly it’s enforced? We found plenty of other places to hike and have outdoor fun, but did find that a little logistically limiting and will keep in mind for the future.

Jodi’s place was the perfect size for a couple. Open, bright, clean, all necessities and special extras. She was very gracious and responsive when the WiFi lost connection and even sent her son to assist!

Great place to stay for the weekend! Love a place that provide hangers, plenty of hangers so I could unpack my clothes nicely, everything was nicely stocked, the place was so bright with natural light, it was get enjoying an evening on the balcony watching the boats. Beach was close, it’s walkable but I’d recommend driving if you’re going to be bringing chairs/cooler/beach gear, it’s about a 10 minute walk.

The condo was perfectly situated and very comfortable. The resort has wonderful facilities and is very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was the second year we've stayed at David's condo and it was just as great as the first. We did come across an AC issue during our stay, but David was quick at trying to fix the problem, but unfortunately was out of his hands and a problem for the building manager. Regardless, it was bearable with a fan that we purchased to keep it cool enough in the living room. Other than that, the place was perfect. 10 steps to the pool and a few more right to the beach. Thanks David for another great vacation!

We survived hurricane Milton at this rental, so it is, indeed a sturdy house. The rental was beautiful and just as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and neighbors were friendly and personable. Emilee and Sean were easy to contact and answered promptly. They gave me suggestions for places to go if the weather cleared up, which unfortunately for us, really didn’t. When we realized the storm was coming, they said they could help us find some place more northerly to stay, but we just didn’t think that was an option for us. They were concerned and kept in contact with us through it all. This was by far the most unrelaxing vacation we’ve experienced. We spent the bulk of the five days hunkering down for Milton. That being said, don’t let this stop you from considering this as a rental. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental is beautiful and the hosts accommodating. We could have had a great time.

First, Martin was an exceptional host - we stayed at the cottage just two days after Hurricane Milton passed through and Martin communicated proactively before and after the storm, and during our stay. We were so grateful that he still accommodated us after the hurricane so that we could spend time with family in the Vero Beach area. The cottage was perfectly sized and shaped for our group of six to stay there. The common area especially was fantastic for meals, game nights, and time hanging out together at the house. The lanai was also perfect for quiet mornings sipping coffee together or, during the one day when winds were too high to visit the beach, when we made use of the pool deck to get some protection from the wind. The location across the street (~4 min walk) from a private beach was perfect too. We would definitely consider staying at the cottage again when we're in Vero Beach!!

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday week at Casey’s place. Great and quiet beachside location. Super comfy beds! And Casey was very responsive. Thanks!

Really exceptional Condo, wonderful location and view. We had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Will definitely stay again.

Awesome place! It has a unique design, every place inside and outside has something very interesting to see and know. Very comfortable to stay for a group of 8 people. Easy access to the beach, very quiet and safe. No needs to worry, this is the right place to stay.

The Airbnb home was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the entire space and the private beach was very secluded and peaceful. I don’t doubt that we will be here again in the future!
